I placed a near $40 order for delivery that was inedible and corporate will not rectify the situation. If things are handled in a correct manner in store I will gladly reassess this review as for now I have no intention of eating at burger king again or recommending it to anyone else.
I ordered 3 whoppers, a medium fry, two medium onion rings, and an eight peice nugget. The three whoppers were burnt to a hard crisp, the fries were cold and hard, they were out of onion rings and a eight peice mozzarella stick was substituted six of which had no cheese inside and all were cold, there was no marinara sauce or napkins provided and the nuggets were barely edible. I had already thrown everything except the nuggets and whoppers out before I thought to take pictures.

The only reason I’m giving a five star review is cause Billy who was working the drive-through, she helped me with a very very small double cheeseburger for $12. I was (apparently the new burger king cut backs) shocked it was smaller than a poly pocket and she resolved the issue very well it’s the first time in Burnsville I’ve actually had anyone actually help and be very nice about it. I have celiac. I ordered a whopper with cheese NO BUN. I got 1 Pattie and 1 piece of cheese. I got no lettuce, mayo, ketchup or tomato. Only meat and cheese! Come on guys! Do better! I know I’m not the only one that can’t have bread! Could you at least give me the vegetables and sauce?????

They still aren’t using both drive thru lanes properly. I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken (just needed to say my name for a mobile order) while the other lanes order was showing up on my side screen. Literali felt bad that people were getting behind me and I just had to sit there. No one took my name for the mobile order.

The woman running the cash register went out of her way to cut the burger in half for my children and brought our food to the table for us. She was very friendly and pleasant. The location is also very clean (bathrooms included). We enjoyed our experience very much!
