Went in last night after work, and waited a ligetimate 30 minutes to get my order and the place was practically empty only two in front of me, when I received it, the food was cold and it wasn’t even the right sandwich. so had to take it back and wait another 10 minutes to get the right food and it was cold as well.

Never have we ever sat in a drive thru lane for nearly an hour! We assumed there must only be 2 people working as it was getting closer to closing. We were wrong! There were 4 employees standing the by the window and it appeared there was at least 1 more in back by the cooking area. The food was mediocre at best. It didn’t really seem like the food was just prepared as it wasn’t even warm. The good part? The chocolate milkshake was pretty good.

I came for a original chicken sandwich before lunch not knowing what time lunch started and they made my sandwich no problems. I just had to wait for it to cook no longer than 15 minutes

We usually enjoy Burger King! On this day we had some issues. First of all, let me say, that the staff was kind, attentive and professional. That’s always a big positive. We ate inside and it was uncomfortably warm/hot; there didn’t seem to be any air-conditioning. Thankfully the hamburgers were good, but the french fries were not even a little bit warm. The $25+ we paid for 3 meals was too much under these circumstances. We’ll try again some other day and hope for a better outcome.

Honestly couldn’t have been much worse… specifically asked for NO cheese and made it very clear. I got cheese. My bacon burger had no bacon. My chicken fries were cold and they gave me no sauce when i asked for 2 different sauces.
