I ordered a fish sandwich with nothing on it but lettuce. It came with pickles and tartar sauce and cheese. I had to drive all the way back to burger king to get the order made right. Every time I go there, they screw up my order!

I got treated with disrespect the lady ran over to front line and said did you charge him for the extra sauces and yes I was charged for them I know I have to pay for the extra sauces but this makes the third or forth time she has done this she was running drive thru and had no business in front of line transaction especially mine because I’ve told her I know I have to pay for anything extra I get I understand that but she doesn’t have to tell me in front of other customers and people everytime I eat at Burger King several times a week but this lady is so disrespectful she needs to stay out of my transaction and stay in drive thru unless she is the one that takes my order I’ve reported her to The store manager two or three times with no results so I told the manager that I was going to call district manager she come out you have to pay for extra sauces that corporate had made that decision I tried to tell the girl I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I understand I have to pay for anything I get extra and she still stuck her nose in my transaction please can the district manager do anything about this girl at least get her to understand I pay for what I get!!! And several times I’ve got bad food so I have my food cooked fresh everytime but they get mad at me for that also please help me!!

Always an issue when attempting to pick up online orders I’ve made through the app. Just wish they could get this process straightened out so it wouldn’t be such a hassle every time. The app offers discounts and deals that are not otherwise offered. But it just isn’t worth the battle of trying to get what I’ve already paid for.
