Place my order at the drive thru. $27 for two meals is wild but ok fine. Everything is expensive today . Get to the window to pay and the young lady hands me my change and proceeds to say they don’t have pennies. Meaning I’m short .04 cents of what was owed back to me. I tried to give the correct change so neither of us would be short but she wouldn’t accept that. …fine! If you can live with it. I can live without it.
Meanwhile, two other “young employees” are standing behind the counter in the lobby playing on their phones that are plugged up to chargers in a wall outlet. Ughh!!
Annoyed bc I have now waited 20 minutes (the car in front of me drove off before even paying for their food bc they got tired of waiting)…
Finally get my food and drive home.
My son opens his burger to eat and apparently an employee thought it would be funny to take a whole bite of the burger.
So now, I’m out of $27 dollars and still hungry because I’m surely not eating the other burger either, lord knows what they could have or did do to that one also.
Totally unacceptable!! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. The whole team seems like a highschool drama party. Employees are on their phones, CHARGING THEM IN THE WALL, while on the clock and it is visible from the drive thru window. They didn’t have pennies and couldn’t give exact change??? I’ve attached a picture of a burger that an employee quite-freaking-literally took a BITE out of. $27 WASTED. This place has gotten so expensive and you can’t even call the service or food mediocre. It’s just bad. Disgusting. Horrendous. I hope corporate sees this review and acts quickly. This place is a biohazard. WHY ARE EMPLOYEES EATING THE FOOD BEFORE SERVING IT?! That’s heinous and diabolical. Shut this place DOWN!

When I just want a quick snack, I like to get a small burger with only mayo & onions, without all the extras. Never a complaint for my special order. Only one time was order wrong (had cheese) and they gladly fixed it for me. Have always had great service & smiling faces. I rarely get fast food, but I do like coming here.

Wow just wow. Incredible customer service and great food. Hands down the best burger King experience I’ve had since I was a child. I highly recommend this place. We went in and had dinner here and didn’t realize they were closing but the manager was so kind and didn’t rush us at all. He was very kind. Mrs Brenda was so very sweet and so helpful. Thank you all for a great experience well definitely be back!

What can’t I say good about this place? They are always polite and on top of things. Our food is always fresh and they put the customers first. This location is me and my family’s favorite spot to stop for food when we are in a hurry after ball practices or just out and about. Stop in, grab a whopper.

Not really sure why they are open till 12? It seems like every time I come here for some late-night eats, they are never able to deliver. Once the clock hits 10:00 pm, the employees are unwilling to work. I sat at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes AFTER they asked me what I wanted; thinking something was wrong with the microphone, I moved up to the pay window to hopefully finally put my order in, but unfortunately it took 10 MORE minutes for an employee to even ACKNOWLEDGE I was there. 20 minutes just to be told by the manager that they were out of ingredients to make a simple combo. The only meat they supposedly had was meat to make junior meals. I would highly recommend taking the extra few minutes to drive further down the street to another fast food place. Maybe someday this location can be satisfactory.

Don’t waste your time money. They give mash burgers a bad name. The whoppers looked like they ran over them with a car and the French fries were cold. I think they were mad because we asked have it our way…. And we paid almost $25.00…Not normally a complainer but not coming back to this location!!!
