I give them a 5 star, I went through drive through. They were fast taking my order and patient with me. Went I got my order everything was right, I had some special orders. I was surprised everything was correct.. the food was delicious. The workers at the widow was very nice ,and polite. I will be going back .

Never had a problem with B K until today. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger comb, 13.49, got home the meat was raw. So I thought I would throw it in a pan and finish cooking it. It was full od grease. The bun had soaked up the grease. I had to throw it away. WASTED MONEY!

Currently in drive through. After 45mins I got to the window just to be asked to go I’ll around to side door. Wonder how long I will sit here? Colluld have at least given my drink. Last week it wasn’t this slow but burgers were left out of the order. Hopefully after this long of a wait the order will be correct!!!!

Since they remodeled to the new store, they are taking ten times longer for the food to be made or theres not enough staff for the business. I should not have to sit in a driveway for over twenty minutes to get food. There is a line of like fifteen cars behind me and y’all are still taking this long to get the orders out. Bring back the old store, cause the new one sucks! By the time I got to the window and got my food, my food was freezing cold!!! That was a wasted $ bucks. I won’t be going back there.

Excellent Burgers especially right as they start serving lunch. “Fresh” Just tried the new Crispy Spicey Chicken Sandwich OMG! It was awesome! Plus just tried the. Regular Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Lettuce & Tomato W / Onion rings today 5/3/21 it was FANTASTIC!! Pics provided as well. Update ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich again 8/9/21 and still hasn’t changed. Still Wonderful! UPDATE: 2/10/22 Rodeo burger and Nuggets were fantastic and the staff are super nice! Thank you for everything Burger King of Morganton NC! 100% “the sweet & sour sauce is awesome for the nuggets! 9/14/22 Whopper was made perfect and the onion rings. Always a good location when I’m in the area if I have a taste for Burger King. 10/14 Whoppers are still on point plus the Hershey Pie Slice is awesome! 11/2 had the crispy chicken bacon and swiss sandwich and it was delicious!

After getting my order wrong the first time, I had to wait for them to fix it. I got home finally and instead of cheesy tots the gave me some kind of broccoli and spicy cheese. I bit into it to find that out and I’m allergic! This is absolutely ridiculous! Tried to call them to let them know my husband was coming back and how upset I am but nobody would answer that either! I’m pissed. I love the food but they need to get their damn act together!
