Nastiest, dirtiest, most unhealthy place in Boone! Seriously??? All booths filthy. Drink area filthy! Floor filthy! Didn’t venture into restroom and I’m a Combat Veteran! Need to fire the management! Changed our dine in to a to go. Like eating in a garbage can. Plus…what??? 15 minutes for a Whopper at BK??? And the parking lot was not cleaned of snow so you couldn’t see the parking spots. Just had to wing it. Last visit. Id just leave but already paid for our food!

In the past two months I’ve been to this location three times and I’m happy to say I’ve been very satisfied every time. I always order inside with minimal wait time and the staff have been friendly. The hamburger and fries have been hot and fresh. I feel this BK is trying very hard to make their customers happy.

I want to thank the amazing team at this Burger King! While traveling, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location through the app. When I explained the situation, the manager and staff were super kind and understanding — the manager even approved my order to be fulfilled right there. Their professionalism and helpful attitude truly made my day. Great people and great service!

This Burger King was awesome!!!! First of all great service from all the staff there and it’s so refreshing to get good customer service through a drive thru so shout out to Baby Leah. Secondly, the food here was hot and the coke was perfect. I love Burger King for a treat every so often but most of the ones in NC aren’t very good and hardly reach a 3.9 stars on google reviews. This Burlington Burger King blew me away today. I’ll be back.

The service was slow, the staff weren’t friendly, the food tasted like chemicals, and the entire place was disgusting. The floors had trash on them, the trash cans were overflowing, none of the tables were clean, and the bathrooms clearly hadn’t been clean in days, if not weeks. I have never been in a worse burger king.

Only place I know in town to get my favorite burger quickly: the impossible (veggie). The fries were fresh and salted evenly. The ketchup is a bit on the thin side but tastes good. The tea was a bit strong, but that’s perfect over ice. Very kind and helpful staff. The place is looking a bit dated and cleanliness is about average; the clientele aren’t looking as sketchy as they were a year or two ago and it’s not exactly your positive vibe Chipotle feel, but at least it feels safer without folks sleeping under the bushes.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast croissants and tater rounds, and I tell you what, every bite was better than the last. The bacon, egg, and cheese were perfection. I asked for crispy bacon, and it was spot on! The tater rounds were not greasy. The full meal was very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

47 minutes in the drive-through is too long to wait for anything! I was 8th in line and there are nine cars behind me. This would be a specially harrowing to bring children. And the order was wrong so I had to turn around and. go inside anyway. Better planning and scheduling of employees should be done.

Used a coupon and got 2 whopper jrs, and 2 medium fries for $3.99. then got cups for water. The cheapest meal for 2 that I’ve seen.
