Food and atmosphere would be N/A and I did not receive any food and went through the drive-thru.
Was there twice this week and drove off both times. The first time I was told “to hold on a quick sec” after the recorded voice told me to proceed with my order. I left after two minutes. Words matter, if you had asked for me to hold on a few minutes, I would have waited.
Tonight I drove through with only one person waiting for their food in their car at the front of the store. After being asked to place my order by the recorded voice, I did so. After 10 seconds of silence, a human voice told me to go ahead with my order. I advised I already did. They asked what it was? I drove away.
Customer service there has always been hit or miss, but more frequently “miss” recently. Curious that they’re the only fast food burger place in James City, but rarely busy and always slow.

So I walk in there’s not a line there’s an African American lady standing there with her cell phone shoved up underneath the cash register while she is taking my order she’s texting not paying attention to anything that she’s doing I’m trying to tell her what I want she’s on her phone texting he keeps looking at her phone she orders me the wrong food when I get into the car I realize that the food is not right then I call in there cuz I don’t have time to go back in there and get it because I’m on the way to work and the manager I guess was very apologetic but didn’t sound like you care very much what kind of culture is this does the woman not need her job why in the world can’t you take a minute off your cell phone to actually take somebody’s order that’s what your job is you’re supposed to be taking orders she did not give a damn about what I was ordering she was interesting in texting the food was horrible I couldn’t even eat what I got I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody the lady needs to take those great big eyelashes off her head somebody needs to take the cell phone away from her and maybe she could see what she was doing and do a better job because this is getting to be ridiculous.. my 5 year old niece could do a better job than this lady

If I could give it a minus 5 I would.
My whopper had an unidentifiable bun, no lettuce (others had a dribble not brown and rotted slimey lettuce) and looked more like a cheeseburger Without the cheese. The onion rings and french fries were all pieces from the bottom of the tray. Just way to much bad food in one meal and a complete waste of $50.
My spicy nuggets were so over cooked and severely dehydrated that they almost broke everyone’s teeth.
I spent $50 and that was with coupons for my son’s birthday.
I won’t go back as long as the MANAGER isn’t running this place properly and definitely isn’t showing or taking any pride in this place.
THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AND HIS INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD.

Struggled with how many stars to give this restaurant. The food was good, after finally getting it. The restaurant did not seem that clean. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Talking among themselves while waiting on customers. The wait for the food was longer than it should have been.

This store is disgusting, they need to do more cleaning and less talking. Roaches are literally crawling on the floor when you walk in. The employees talk way too much that’s why the orders take so long to get out. DO BETTER!!
