The restaurant including the bathrooms were very clean. I was very impressed! The services on point in the food was fresh I made to order! You can tell that because it didn’t have the old grease taste that some fast food has after it’s set up too long. Great job BK!

I was there today on 1-20-26 at 2:14 PM could barely understand the man taking my order get to the window hand them $20.40. He said my total was $9.39. I should’ve got back 11 oh one instead I got back $10.90 do people need to takeoff their socks and shoes to be able to count or they could hire my five year-old granddaughter in kindergarten and she could teach him how to count have it your way yeah looks like McDonald’s is gonna get more of my business due to the fact, marine Boulevard and Western Boulevard don’t know how to follow directions you ripping people off at the window people can’t count on Western Boulevard. They don’t understand no ice in a drink. Holy crap. It’s like what you gotta be a third grade and skip math to work there.

Ordered a large coffee but received a coffee flavored water @ about 9:45am on 1/23/26 at the drive thru. I had to toss it and go elsewhere. Y’all need to quit adding water to old coffee!!!

I don’t do Burger King often anymore, and this is generally a reminder why. Fries were ok, but not great, this is my original chicken sandwich with gross lettuce, and when we initially got the order, we were missing 2 items. The associates were helpful in getting the replacement items, and service was friendly, but the quality standards are poor.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. There have been times I’ve waited for my food but, it has always arrived hot and excellent. At McDonald’s, I regularly wait for food that is delivered cold. Burger King might be on its way back up.

Waco quite a bit my son is a huge fan of their new always changing buns for holidays and all that but I’m not a big fan of it but the atmosphere is okay they have a lot of homeless people there which I have no offense to them but usually you have to skim through them to get inside cuz sometimes they’re always asking for money or something to eat which I have no problem helping get something to eat but I don’t have that much money. But I try to help as much as I can.

Always long wait times for simple orders.. pay your workers a decent wage and maybe you can actually have proper staffing levels. It should not take 20 minutes to get a damn breakfast sandwich .
