Went to Burger King today. Literally ONE PERSON
Took our order, made our food and was really quick. He was very nice. We wanted to go I. To use the restroom but the doors are locked. And assuming dude is BY HIMSELF!

Just reopened. Fries were cold. Staff was running aroud without direction. My order they got right. But several orders were forgotten, wrong and really late (it was tough watching).

They locked the doors to the dinning room right as we were pulling up during their open hours. The employees literally stared at us. Lazy and incompetent.

Ordered drive thru for an entire family. The employee working the window was friendly, the kitchen was quick, and whole order was correct. My husband really enjoyed the brisket burger. They even included napkins! Good but McD’s, hello BK!!

My boyfriend and i were moving from Florida to North Carolina when our break caliper ended up falling off and we were stuck in this BK parking lot. Not only were the employees nice and understanding but one of the managers went above and beyond! She asked employees if they had the tools we needed, and her amazing husband helped us get to the auto part store and also helped fix our car. This was an outstanding first impression of ‘Southern Hospitality”, Mcdonald’s could never!
