We ordered DoorDash and some of our food didn’t make it to us. I called management and they said they would remake it if I wanted to come pick it up. The BK isn’t super far, so I agreed. Not only did the manager remake my food but gave me a new and free milkshake for my troubles. This restaurant hasn’t been open for long since their renovations (which look very nice) and they were VERY busy with drive thru orders. Sometimes it’s easier to show grace than getting angry about things.

Tonight me and my fiancé just got done eating here and we got a bacon king and a whopper with cheese. the burgers were excellent but the fries were overcooked, and the drinks were broke down except for the sweet tea, lemonade, and fruit punch. We got sweet tea but it wasn’t even sweet so we got lemonade instead. This is when they just got done with the remodel a month ago and we wanted to eat inside since they reopened. But we weren’t happy. There was also people waiting an hour for their food this shouldn’t happen if it’s a remodel with new people and new management.

Horrendous service people waiting 30 minutes for food whilst the manager and drive thru person were smoking outside. Then they had the audacity to blame DoorDash that was also waiting 30 minutes for a couple whopper Jr meals. God forbid they got a church bus. Just awful!

The service is bad, as well as slow, I ordered waited over twenty minutes after paying in cash and was told we don’t have any pennies, I still isn’t have my food and waits another five minutes for a refund, because it was taking too long and no one knew what they were doing.

I used the app to place my order. I had a great experience. My food was hot and fresh and came out fast. The girl at the drive thru window was helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great experience. I’ll be back. I wish I lived closer but unfortunately Oak Island/South Port only has McDonald’s which I hate. Ty BK and your awesome team.
