I visited the store today 12/29/25 around noon. I was not aware that when you order through the app the food is made then and not when you arrive to the store. Since every other restaurant waits until you check in (when picking up through the drive thru), I just assumed Burger King does too. I don’t eat here often. I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time so of course my food was cold. I went inside to ask for hot fries, only the fries.
Now, had I KNOWN my order would be made immediately I would have waited to place it. But instead I caught attitude from the manager on duty telling me “we don’t give away free food.” She kept saying over and over again, “you placed your order 30 minutes ago.” So instead of just explaining to me that orders are made when they are placed through the app so I KNOW and I don’t do it again, she just wanted to argue. Is it really worth losing a customer over a few French fries? Everyone else was polite except the manager. She could use more coaching on customer service by upper management.
I hope GM or franchise owner reads this which is why I am writing it. Her attitude was beyond unacceptable today.

Leland BK is likely my favorite BK of all time. The staff is always prompt and mostly friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. Management is kind and helpful. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. In our 9 months of living in the area, this one location has out done any other across at least 7 states I’ve visited. They always go out of their way to make my autistic son feel welcome and enjoy our visits. Thank you Leland Burger King management and staff.

Went to order breakfast in the drive through. Simple order 2 sausage and egg biscuits and a ham egg and cheese croissant. Girlfriend wanted a small shake but they said they were cleaning it. No egg on the sandwich and didn’t check the sausage busicuts because how can you mess those up? ….. on our third trip back I went in and the manager acted like they forgot the napkins. They messed up everything on the order. But then the manager could make us a milkshake if we wanted….. I will be finding out what company owns this franchise and let them know what their investment is doing…. the person making the sandwiches looked hispanic so probably couldn’t read the word sausage…..

Whoever the owner or managers are at this Burger King is doing a great job. I have yet to have any orders messed up, every employee has always been friendly every single time, the facility is always clean, and the food taste exactly like I’d expect. You guys are doing a good job!

The food was amazing, Zoe was sweet and beautiful, they made my onion rings were made fresh, sauce is good, and the burger looks good just by looking at it. I was recommended this place, glad I came, the atmosphere was so welcoming, would go again.

New Pointe Blvd in Leland tonight.
They left out half of our order,
and put onions on the three burgers that they gave us , when I specifically said “no onions “. I took the burgers back, spoke to the manager, who was rude and not listening to me while trying to correct my order. She asked me for the food back, I handed it to her and she walked around to where they make the burgers pretending to replace our burgers, then gave me back the same burgers ‘ with onions ‘ that I had ask her to replace. And the fourth burger was simple, KETCHUP ONLY, BUT it had cheese. lettuce , pickle, mustard and ketchup. A NIGHTMARE !!!! When I ask her if it was right she raised her voice at me and said “Mam , I made it just like you said , I looked at the order “!! I couldn’t even reply. $25.00 thrown in the trash !! The only thing that she got right was a plain Jr whopper with cheese and the fries. Oh , did I happen to mention that I had to drive up to the first window to place my order in the beginning, because the girl that was taking the orders was not listening to me. The photos are of the 3 Jr whoppers with no onions, with onions. And over the top with mayonnaise ! Who would eat something that looks like this ?

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I’m pregnant and now have food poisoning. No napkins, I couldn’t even make it two bites into my sandwich without being sick. Can’t find a corporate number. Guess it’s my fault for going to chain restaurant and it won’t happen again. Save yourself and do not go here.

I ordered a Cotten candy icee and they took my money and waited till I got to last window to tell me they don’t have it and they gave me a red one that looks horrible so there was 4$ wasted when all they had to do was tell me at the drive-through where you order food that they didn’t have it but they waited to take my money. Let me get all the way to the window where the food gets handed out so then tell me what we don’t have it so why didn’t they tell me at the window? Burger King y’all failed miserably any restaurant that comes to Leland goes to shit Won’t be going back to the one in Leland ever again yall failed
