Worst food in Leland. Not for women, small children or the weak hearted. Poor untrained bunch of thugs with tattoos, piercings, long hair Management absolutely refused to honor same coupon I have used many times before. Then a goofy eyed “cook” began making “comments” and started over the counter to assault me. Had to be physically restrained! Can’t make it up folks.

The young gentleman greeted me very nicely, the one thing is they close their lobby at 9:30pm. I did not know that and when I was about to start eating my food, he told me I needed to leave. Keep in mind I have a baby and I needed to drive back. I was trying to eat my food without any trouble but I left. I won’t be coming back.

This place is running for the worst burger king in the Wilmington area… And it JUST opened. Constantly getting orders wrong and barely warm fries. I just paid for cheese and bacon added to my whopper with light mayo, for them to smother it in mayo and not add bacon. Also messed up my daughter’s burger, I think I might be done going to this one.

3rd time here, and every single time is a mess. food was incorrect and COLD. The lettuce looks like its been on the counter for a week. This last trip took 25 minutes from order to the window. There were only 5 cars ahead of me. Still had to wait at the window.. and every single item was cold. Chicken had no cheese (paid for cheese), whopper jr had the LETTUCE STEM in it!!! the only thing good is the people are nice…You’d think at $10 per meal avg, it would be good. Nope. dont waste your money here.

Burker King is so UNDERRATED . They don’t use dyes in any of their food. The breakfast is great, and lunch/dinner is great. Desserts are amazing. Yeah, the prices are higher, but it’s worth it when you want better fast food. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and you can actually taste the meat in the burgers. I’ve been here several times at different hours and never had any issues. Restrooms and indoors are always clean. Drive thru runs good, never slow or backed up. Never had an order wrong, and even though they are supposed to charge you for extra condiments, I’ve never been charged. Menu is large enough that you can read the prices and options easy. I often have to look at the menu to decide what I want, and I’ve just said I’m going to look at the menu a few minutes and have never received rudeness, or I have never felt rushed at all. Treat others the way you want to be treated. A little kindness goes a long way. Don’t be a karen ;). I’m so glad to have one in my slowly growing town.

I went to Burger King with a coupon code from the app, it was supposed to be for two small whopper combos for 11.99. The code refused to work for the workers and they called the manager over. She tried everything but it still wouldn’t work. Thankfully she was such a wonderful person and gave me the meal the code was for free instead. Thank you so much Jessica (the manager). I appreciate all you did for me, and I will definitely be back for more food.

The last 3 times I’ve been there, my order was wrong each time. My last order was a bacon king meal, which cost around $14. Got all the way home about 20 minutes away, and the burger was not in the bag. We paid $14 for fries and a drink.

In drive thru today June 10th at around 6:30pm until 7:23pm i went to order my childrens food AT the Leland branch. When i went to get my food it was cold i did not have it all asked for a vanilla cone they gave me one upside down in a cup, asked for it to be on a cone the little girl said we dont have ice cream then said they was out of cones then said she didnt even know what was going on!!! HOW HONEY YOUR AT WORK!!!! Ordered onion rings didnt get them instead gave me mozzella sticks 12pc in each bag no sauce no dipping sause and the sweet tea tasted like flavored water… New business not doing good yall need more training for real
