Cute BK with Xmas tree on one of the tables. Staff behind counter was nice when we said the soda machine wasn’t working. Impossible sandwich and fries were fresh and tasty.

I really don’t recommend this place.
As soon as you walk in, there’s a weird smell — kind of like mold, dampness, or just dirt.
The bathrooms are super dirty and smell bad. The staff just walks around doing nothing or stands outside on their phones. One woman was out front, loudly talking on her phone the whole time.
We ordered burgers for us and the kids. They came out cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the meat wasn’t fully cooked. Honestly, we couldn’t even eat them. We waited a long time, and they forgot our juices. I reminded them, but still didn’t get them.
We also got onion rings, and I watched a woman pack them into the box with her bare hands — no gloves. That was just gross.
The fries smelled like old burnt oil. All the tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.
And the worst part? The next day, my wife got really sick — throwing up all day.
Just a terrible experience.

Its the same ol same ol fast food place. Staff was some what on point. But most fast food workers get abused by customers so understand can’t expect above and beyond all time.(speaking has a whole for fast food workers in general) was surprised that the dinning room was clean. In most places dinning rooms stay so busy it’s hard to keep up.

Ordered a #6 Fiery
got home I thought it was going to be great, turns out the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was hard to bite, looks like they just threw the sauce on top of it and it was all over the bag. I try to give a BK another try, however, looks like they don’t even care. Never buying anything from this store in St. Pauls NC.
I don’t really eat fast food for that same reason. Nasty sandwich. Waste of $ could only eat some of it.

This place is honestly quite sad!! I went to the drive through and placed an order and when I got to the window to pay, the employee wouldn’t open the window all the way, I’m assuming because it was cold. I asked her a question about whether or not they had an existing deal and she closed the window and began shaking her head with a nasty attitude and disposition. I tried to talk to her and she again cracked the window and I told her not to worry about my order because she had a horrible attitude. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away! I’m sorry but she needs to be fired and any manager that allows that type of behavior should be fired as well! If you are too cold to take someone’s order or answer a question….. find another opportunity, because customer service clearly is not for you!!

Ordered 2 whooper combos. Upcharged for medium’s that we didn’t ask for. Only one person running the counter and the drive thru. She was understandably frustrated One worker was on break in the lobby wreaking of weed. The trash on the inside was overflowing.

Dirty , stinks would not recommend. I only came in to use the bathroom, somebody was already in so i was waiting. The toilet flushes and then the door immediately opens , ITS A WORKER. she comes out and goes straight into the kitchen , i said ew you didn’t even wash your hands, and she replies “i know” smiling and keeps walking into the kitchen. how disgusting, definitely can tell she does this all the time! I asked for a manager, and the mangers catches an attitude because i said that was completely unacceptable and she said it was “already handled she was confronted” Not enough for me , i would never eat here , or spend money they do not care at all!

The cashier was very friendly but the manager was not. The food was nice and hot . The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Only was taking credit card/debit card payments & exact money . There is no note on the door.

Tried to use my “free fries with $3 purchase” from the Burger King app at the drive thru and the manager told me I would have to go on the app and order through there in order to redeem it even though the app clearly stated that I could use it there. I said no problem and drove across the street and spent more money at the clowns restaurant because of his terrible customer service over $2 fries that he could have just honored and earned my business. Sucks to suck ♂️
