Upon ordering food Melissa at the windows was putting her fingers inside the cups to fill with ice. Completely made me not want to ever order a drink there. The other staff in the back ground are bagging food and messing with their hair. This is so unacceptable.

In the last three months, this Burger King has really gone downhill used to be the best one now the orders are mixed up, long weights and very rude customer service. They don’t treat their customers very good. Also, when DoorDash they do not let you pick up the food unless they copy your drivers license which is really crazy. Their explanation for it is people steal a lot of food. Well, not all DoorDash or steal food and what makes them think we want to leave our personal information with them. Save your hard earned money go elsewhere where you could be treated like a valued customer

Manager at the drive thru required my ID for an online mobile order. I showed her the receipt on the phone instead which wasn’t good enough. She wanted to hold my license. Im not passing my ID to a complete stranger through a window and out of my sight, especially since I was given the food before requesting the ID. Manager, out of anger, said she would make sure I never ate at her Burger King again. Well that’s perfectly fine lady. Im just passing through and may never see this place again, but what you really tarnished is my view about Burger King all together. I may never try another Whopper. By the way….the spicy chicken wrap and crispy Whopper are terrible.

This place is terrible and gets worse all the time. They always get the order wrong, and the food is way too inconsistent for fast food. The other day I asked for a veggie burger, which they sell, got home to find just a whopper with no meat. On another trip this week I got a fish sandwich with one bun not toasted and the other burnt. Incredible.

The food was good. The lady who took our order, her name started with a C, was super sweet. But there were 2 employees in the play place who were making out and looking like it was going to be more than just that. We told a manager and then was glared at and made extremely uncomfortable by those two employees.

This place is sorry as can be!!!! They are slow and take their time getting your order and don’t care how long they take!!! They want you to pull up to wait for food that should be ready after sitting in line for almost 30 minutes!!! Do not eat at this burger king!!!!

Very helpful. They go above normal fast food places and help me with getting my food and drinks to the table. By the way I am in a wheelchair and a lot of places won’t help at all and just watch me struggle.

I go into the Burger King in Mt Olive NC, I am not greeted when I walk in. There is an employee with their child sitting in a booth feeding them and take my care of them. I place my order and the cook walks out of kitchen yells at another employee, “oh I forgot can you do this?” The product wasn’t even out, had to be taken out of freezer and noone said anything to me about it taking 5 minutes, if they had it would’ve been finebut I am ignored by the employees and stared at by the kitchen staff. Then she sees me getting irritated and makes the comment “if anybody has anything to say these take 4 minutes to cook”
They are extremely rude and do not care about their jobs, it’s very clear. The employee in kitchen is tall with dark hair and neck tattoo.

So I leave at Rosewood. I bought them at mount olive because I went to visit my mom and then when I got Home I saw that they did not put me the sauce that comes with it I bought 6 of them. I call the lady told me to go back How I was going to go back Just for the sauce I Just go there Sunday. The lady refuse to fix the problem when they did a mistake they suspossed to know there Job and How they for get a sauce like I don’t get it….. and Thats why I bought them for and they did not put.
