When was waiting to order a veteran was going to pay for someone meal and he told the cashier to take the money and put it in the register. The manager short white lady told him to take his damn money go the f somewhere else. How dare someone treat people who served the country this way told him not to disrespect her cashier like that. Bad experience today at lunch. The order taker needed three tries to enter my very simple request (a Whopper Jr. meal, no cheese). Then the kitchen made the sandwich WITH cheese. Then the Coke at the soda fountain tasted like a blend of three different drinks.

This place is terrible and gets worse all the time. They always get the order wrong, and the food is way too inconsistent for fast food. The other day I asked for a veggie burger, which they sell, got home to find just a whopper with no meat. On another trip this week I got a fish sandwich with one bun not toasted and the other burnt. Incredible.

I’ve tried this place 3 times now and this evening crew has messed up my order each time. If you don’t want to work or follow instructions on making orders please stop working. Then you call they want you to bring the food back and try to replace it. How about those who are getting off work and stay 42 minutes away. Why would I hold food that long to bring it back and you still get it wrong this is ridiculous. Highly upset and disappointed.
