I visited this BK on Sunday, February 8 at 8:39 am in hopes that I could get a simple bacon, egg & cheese burrito. Instead I received a COLD egg and non-melted cheese in a burrito. No bacon was on the burrito whatsoever. I immediately requested a refund and went to McDonald’s down the street. No one even acknowledged the food was cold and not made fresh! A young Lumbee girl and a huge Lumbee man were working. I see why when I went thru the drive-thru there was only ONE elderly male customer eating inside and no other patrons in the establishment. To make matters worse, I was even asked to pull-up for the cold CRAP they passed me out the drive thru window. BK do better! Now I understand why the BK across town near Cook-Out closed years ago! There are two McDonald’s within a 3-5 mile radius in Lumberton and Burger Kings across the nation are lagging and closing left and right. I will NEVER be back!

This store will be closed soon if they don’t change things. Customer service is very slow and they always forget something in the order. Very rude and too many employees in each shift and no one knows the exact task. Everyone is walking around without doing anything. Good location but they need a new manger and train employees how to do their job.

This is the WORST burger king I have been to. You can not understand any of the people in the drive when they are talking. We ordered our food, a whopper meal & a big fish meal. We then sat in line for 8-10 minutes before coming to the first window where they gave us 1 drink & a straw and we had to ask for outlr other drink. The employee at the window was rude as well, the person who took her place stood there in a zoned out state until we asked if we should go to the next window. Then at the 2nd window the employee handed us a small bag which we asked if it had both meals to which she said yes without looking. We handed the bag right back and then we were told to pull up & waited an additional 10-15 minutes before our food was finally brought out.
This is supposed to be FAST FOOD, and we are traveling, hence why we were choosing fast food drive thru. I gave 1 star but this place needs to be restarted with people who actually want to work.

Went in last night, waited 20 minutes to get my food, they was playing talking to each other. Drive Thur backed up all the way round building, gave me my bag with a nasty attitude, first and last time going in that one.i heard about it, but I wanted to check it out I love Burger King. Came back to town & made the worst choice Yall are going to send someone to the hospital with them dern pickles & tomatoes. There is no reason why they should taste like CLEANING PRODUCTS. 2 whoppers & was only able to eat the patties.
The short black lady ALWAYS has an attitude like someone is making her work there. She called my name & sat my bag down, I had to ask for my 2 drinks and icee.
Its always loud in there because the store manager is barking orders yet nothing gets done. This is without a doubt the most raggedy BK in Lumberton.
If youre from out of town & you read this.. do yourself a favor and go to the one by 211 East beside the Dollar General. The workers might look questionable but the food is ALWAYS fresh, correct & you actually get good customer service.. unlike this place which never has anything that was previously listed.

I spent $30 @1250ish 11/7/2025 double whopper small combo extra pickle with a tea… crispy onion whoppercombo large with s fountain water bill wss 28.94. I call back to say the bread is not fresh it’s old and crumblely. The smart mouth manager belvery locklear is in the wrong profession and hateful than hate arguing talking about we ain’t got know old bread bring it back when you get off woman I work 30 minutes away for 4 hours and you think im coming back after that terrible service.
