Wish I could give them a negative zero. I was there on January 10, 2026. Went through the drive thru. I order a number 1 no CHEESE with a sweet tea no ice. I have no words. Because they would be very ugly. This is so unacceptable. When people say no something it for a reason. May they don’t want it or they may have allergies to it. And could get sick from it. It sad when you spend your hard earned money on food. And to keep the company in business so people can have a job. And the people working give you anything. They must have realized there mistake because they put two sandwiches in the bag and they both still WRONG!

if this is what passes for ‘fast food,’ I swear I choose misery. That ain’t a Whopper that’s a sad crime against beef and bread. I paid for disappointment, and somehow, ate it anyway. Shame on me and that grease-stained tray. Next time, I will at least order something that respects my taste buds.

This place needs to clean the house of its rude management and employees! If your order is ever messed up don’t even bother going back in to have them fix it. They will do nothing but argue with you, and also degrade you. This location is a horrible joke. Corporate needs to step in and do something! I can’t understand why this location is still open with all the complaints they’re getting. I don’t even want to give this location a 1 star that’s how horrible this Burger King is. People in town have warned me about them and told never go there and now I wish I saved my money and time.

This is a brand new hamburguer restaurant located right off I-95 in Dunn. The restaurant is impeccable, very clean, employees were not only polite, but extremely efficient and in this house the burger is the king and the customers are treated like royalty. Our order was dispatched in less than 5 minutes. A must deserved new restaurant added to the town.

I always go to Burger king last night (10/26/25) I tryed there Halloween special. Defiantly the worst I ever had from burger king it was so disappointed in the Burger and sides the icecream was the only thing I enjoyed.
I will go back for the wopper Fry’s and think shake.

The employees are completely horrible, attitudes are horrible! When you order at the drive through or even have a mobile order they literally make you wait at the first window for over 5 minutes until they actually fix the food then send you to the next window I guess to make it seem as if they are actually fast !
