Eat here often for lunch during the week. Service is always good. They can be slow at times when busy, but that is reasonable and understandable. Management is great, and is always on top of things. Making sure orders are going out timely and correctly, along with taking orders and running the front counter. Food is almost always fresh and hot, would definitely recommend.

VERY rude people except the guy at the last window. Waited 20 minutes for service and pickup. Was told to hold on at drive thru. Started taking orders from other drive thru line and those 3 cars weren’t even there when I was told to hold on. Girl at first window asked name on pickup order then slammed window. Left a burger off order that was paid for and left cheese off another burger. Cold cold fries. And I was there within minutes of ordering.

Wouldnt serve me because I didn’t have a car. My Car broke down so I’m at a hotel while it’s being fixed. Around 12am I was too hungry to sleep so I walked 10 mins there in 20° cold and got the managers attention at the window from a distance so not to appear sketchy and asked if I could order at the drive thru speaker but he refused.

I havent eaten burger king in years. Walmart + gave me a free whopper. Ordered that and a chicken jr with extra mayo. Food was delicious, fast, and friendly employees!

We love the food here and the employees are great. The reason I am writing is because we were so impressed last night with the restaurant being closed for a while so the employees could have an appreciation dinner. I so love our small town!!

Worst service around. Had me wait at the window you pay at to fool the system into thinking they were working efficiently and “making time”. I had at least 4-5 cars behind me. I had the person behind me yell out his window at me and flip me off because i was doing what that useless cashier was telling me to. I get to the window to FINALLY grab my food and no napkins, none of my sauces, and no straws. Mind you it was the manager that handed me my food. The whole “experience” lasted me like 20 mins. Do better AH!! Would of left if i hadn’t paid with my card.

This burger king is absolutely awful. Every time I order here the wait is ridiculous and/or I’m missing items. Regardless of whether I order delivery or pickup, it’s always the same. The only reason I continue to order here is because it’s one of my kids favorites, but honestly, I’m so tired of having to contact customer service because of their screw ups and I’m still just out the food. It’s just unacceptable to have issues THIS often. I don’t know that I’ll ever be back at this point. At least not until they hire someone competent

I ordered food from Burger King for delivery via Uber Eats , when my Uber Eats driver arrived , she went in to retrieve the 90$ food order ( 4 whoppers , 3 kids meals no drinks ) the food was picked up by a thief, he is on on camera picking up my food , is there not an order # that you guys are supposed to check ? Then I canceled the order and still paid 63$ for food preparation fee , then reorder the food because my family was really hungry to the tune of 70ish $ , reported the 63$ prep fee to my bank and I can’t get refund because someone stole the food and ya’ll did not check the Uber Eats dtiver and match up the order # , I will not only use Uber Eats ever again , and nor will I eat at Burger King King ever again
