So my children came home from picking up dinner from the drive-through three whopper Meal, as well as another burger meal and a side sandwich. My kids did not open the bag till they got home and furthermore, as they decided to bring me my food, I am the first person unwrapped my burger. The wrapping was nice and tight just like they do it in store and when I called to let the manager know about a hair that I just pulled from my mouth she didn’t even care. She said there’s no females on duty on the night shift tonight and that there’s no way. From them. Instead of actually showing some sort of concern for the circumstances, not counting that our burgers and fries were 100% cold what happened to customer service and managerial duties being properly performed on a professional level. I shouldn’t have to argue with the store manager that me pulling her hair out of my food or someone else’s hair from my food as I’m eating it is just inappropriate and you should try to take care of that client so they keep coming back. Where has customer service gone? I shouldn’t have to argue with a manager to get some concern about her Store. Maybe it’s time to report their store to the Better Business Bureau and a few other people about The cleanliness of the store.

I visited here on a Saturday around 1ish and the food was “Hot and Delicious”, guess it depends on who be at work, My fries was so Hot, they was burning my tongue pallet but it was delicious. And the veggies are always Fresh that’s what I love ❤️. And normally I don’t eat the Fries but that time I did.

Management hung up on me when I was expressing my concerns about my order. How unprofessional can you be. I work in the food service industry and I would never treat someone so barley. Plus my food was freezing cold AND missing the burger I ordered!!

Audrey is absolutely amazing. She accommodated to my husband and I’s needs with a bright and bubbly personality. I have genuinely never had better customer service at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. This outstanding woman deserves a raise and a promotion. If my husband and I lived closer we would come more frequently just to see her! Thank you Audrey:)

We waited over 20 minutes for our food and the staff tried to hand us a tray with cold fries that had been sitting on the back counter waiting for one item. We were not updated at all why there was a delay, and the service we received was terrible. Three customers were served in the lobby with to-go orders and several vehicles were served in the drive thru while we waited. When we asked for an update the manager snapped at us that she was the only one in the kitchen and we requested a refund. The manager slapped the receipt on the counter in front of my husband and we left without ever having gotten our food or an apology.

I get a free Whopper every 3 months. I went there just to get a drink. Then I remembered about the whopper. I got it to take home to my son. Employee’s were nice and friendly. My son loved the burger

I would come BACK DAILY if I knew he was going to be at the one of the window!
The most original and fun greeting out there. Made me smile right away. Talked for a second and he’s just a good-natured and that was a breath of fresh air! I travel daily and go to fast food pretty much daily and these types of stops are few and far between!!
Then we picked up our order from Alana.. and after she handed us her order she gave the biggest friendly smile. Do you know how often I go to McDonald’s as my place of choice and don’t even get so much as a smile???
