⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Sasha at Burger King!
I just had the absolute BEST experience at Burger King thanks to Sasha! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness. It wasn’t just “doing her job” — she truly cared about making sure my experience was excellent.
Sasha was patient, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure my order was correct, answered my questions with a smile, and created such a positive atmosphere. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, she stood out in the best way possible.
You can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her energy was uplifting, her attitude was top-tier, and she made my entire visit feel easy and enjoyable.
Burger King is blessed to have Sasha on their team. If you stop by and she’s working, you’re in GREAT hands!

The managers that’s normally here are pleasant welcoming and NICE. this girl rude as hell and thank God I’ve changed because she got major issues. I just had the most horrific experiences at this location. They served me a whopper that taste like it had a cleaning agent on it. The back of throat is burning. They clearly bought their grade A rating doing this type of bs. I’m furious. Donna Elkins the manager give me a refund but I feel more should have been. Some people of the world are wicked. The ladies at the drive thru were nice, but the “manager” as she/ he says they are, sucks. I called to let them know brisket was not added to my husband’s whopper but they insisted it was under the cheese. They said they watched one of the managers make it. Then they hung up on me.

Sat in line while several employees were outside smoking and refuse to take orders until the finished 9/22 at 10 pm and it’s 10:35 and still haven’t got my order taking and there excuse was counting a safe while I watched them very unprofessional.
