They gave me fresh whopper Jr every visit. Food is hot and fresh and the service is wonderful. And the price is average. No complaints when you go get it yourself. Do not suggest using delivery because the food is often old cold or wrong. But at the drive thru you get fresh hot food and fantastic service!

My husband and I have been coming here on a regular lately. As far as customer service everyone is very nice. Don’t get me wrong, they do be making us pull up and wait, but its very brief. Plus, we do order like 3 large lol. We definitely get them hot every time, tho. So far, so good. Therefore, we’ll continue to be regulars.

Workers at this location have constantly tried to “gaslight” me certain menu items don’t come with ingredients that are advertised. For example the nerdy slushie doesn’t come with nerds like advertised like on menu and commercial. Also serving items with notifying the customer they are out of the ingredients for example the whopper promotion they were they offer the Mexican Street Corn Whopper and served a plain cheese burger, Bacon King and no bacon

I don’t think I have ever received my full order. Always something wrong. Today I got a two cheeseburger meal. Get to the house no cheese. Ordered the mozzarella fries… No sauce. Had 2 beverages on my order also not here. This place just isn’t it. The McDonald’s across the street is almost always spot on.

I was picking up an order for Uber eats and walked into the restaurant and said, cheerfully, hello everyone. Two people looked right at me and looked away without speaking a word. I’m guessing one was the manager who after moving extremely slow decided to finally speak and ask if I was picking up and I said yes. The entire vibe inside was VERY negative and rude.

I waited at least 3 minutes for the cashier to greet me over the speaker. I had to ask how they were doing to even greeted. Cashier had her back to the window for at least a minute before my card was taken. Got the burger I’ve been craving & it was horrible. It was cold and only came with a few onions and cheese was disappointing too. I’m not picky when it comes to fast food but dang.. Customer service could be better and food could also be a lot better. #phillyburger
