I am a marine vet of twelve years so normally I wouldn’t complain at a restaurant. I waited at this location for my food while several others got theirs. After waiting they tell me that what I ordered was not available and that I’d have to place another order. Over a drink? Really? So instead of having a positive experience at your location I then am waiting again. Then tell me they have no milk. So I took my burger and left. Which was also wrong. I don’t write a lot of bad reviews but come on! Burger King you owe me a meal for having to throw mine away to board.

Please check to make sure your burger is fully cooked, I ordered a whopper & it was like warm & all pink in the middle not fully cooked. Once you cross that TSA line you can’t return without a pass or boarding pass.

Absolutely awful! Pick another place even if the line here looks short!! They kept giving people the wrong order, food took forever! girl in the back making chicken fries was playing with her phone and AirPods with the gloves on and then making food with the SAME GLOVES!! Soda machine was totally falling apart with ice all over the floor. Burger King should be ashamed!

We were passing through Charlotte’s airport on our way to our final destination. My husband ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, nothing else. His number was 23. He waited quite some time and when the orders were in the 30’s, he asked where his order was. The clerk started yelling at him saying she didn’t need to take any of his sass and then pointed him out to her fellow employees and customers. End of story, he didn’t get his order, was given a refund and kicked out of the store. Very poor attitude and service. That’s not our usual at Burger King since we use it frequently when traveling. We won’t return to Charlotte’s airport Burger King, that’s for sure!

If your flight is even remotely close to boarding, you should go somewhere else. I’ve tried this BK both times I’ve visited CLT and it was the same experience both times. The food is 2x the price of a normal BK and takes 4x as long to prepare. If someone in your party is getting chicken…make them order separate, otherwise your burger will come out cold. The staff is EXTREMELY rude. I didn’t say anything to them but I definitely witnessed hostility from them more than I did from their customers. Overall, this BK location is trash at best. As in, there’s nothing good about it.
