Zeke in the drive-thru was awesome! So friendly and outgoing! Even offered me a crown despite me not having any kids in the car. And the guy at the second window was amazing too! I couldn’t see his name tag but both of them made my fast food experience just as good as I would expect to get at a 5 star restaurant. In fact I bet their customer service is better than that of a fine dining restaurant. They were so friendly and upbeat and it was during rush hour so they were busy but that didn’t affect their mood at all. I truly appreciate good customer. It can go a long way! And Unfortunately so many people nowadays are rude and indifferent so thanks guy for making my night!

got a double burger meal and chicken wrap meal. took like 5 minutes to order (we were the only people there) and then 15 more minutes to get our order. when we got our food my chicken wrap was literally half of a chicken sandwich the size of my palm and the sandwich wasn’t even wrapped right. also when we got there, half of their employees were just outside talking as if they weren’t even at work.

I do not recommend this fast food establishment. They always get my order wrong when I go through the drive through and there is almost always a wait which I don’t mind if the food is good but the food quality is so poor it’s a rip off every time!!
They had a manager standing there looking in my takeout bag and talking to the cooks and checking the monitor screen but she didn’t do a good job checking because my order was wrong…. Again!!
I’m only just now leaving a review because enough is enough, this is the 5th time I’ve tried this burger king in the last 2 years and I will not go back again. I will continue to share my poor experiences to warn others.

I have been here before and after since the remodel. A remodel is proof that you can put some pretty wrapping on poop ……but it’s still poop.
Every time I go here they get my order wrong and I end up paying for MORE than what I recieve..feels like I get stolen from every single time I give them a chance ….however I can’t even fully complain because I don’t go here enough to remember to check my bag before I leave.
Just DONT GO HERE! Try another fast food establishment nearby or take the extra drive to try another burger king….this one disappoints time and time again.

8 piece Fiery chicken fries. Been sitting around all day inside, dry, hard and not even edible with sauce, which wasn’t given to me either. Wasted almost $4 on something that went into the garbage because it’s too far to go back.

This was rough. We did not get the food we ordered but I tried eating it anyway because I had to pick up my kid from soccer and didn’t have time to go back. What I ate was rock hard. I couldn’t finish it. It was some weird chicken-type sandwich with BBQ sauce and onion rings on it but it was flat, hard, and chewy. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich. ♀️

This is my go-to BK in the area. This place is near my work, so I frequent it often for lunch. I have been going here fairly regularly for the past 2-years and what I have noticed is they have the same employees. That is rare in fast-food, but it means better consistency and service. They always get me in and out quickly and the food (including fries) are always hot. Never disappoints! Staff is friendly and they are always great!

I’m in sales & on the road 5 days a week meaning I visit many fast food restaurants. This BK in Stanley has to be one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve visited. And I’ve never had a bad experience w/food, my order being wrong or poor service. Josh & Naomi both greet customers w/ a genuine smile, respect & have a sweet spirit about them. Did I mention the food is always fresh, hot & correct?
