Its been a while since ive had a good experience at Burger King but this location did absolutely fantastic. Went through the drive thru for breakfast, they had specials on multiple sandwiches and French toast sticks, the order was correct and prepared quickly. With the specials I was able to get enough breakfast to feed my family of 5 for under $16.

Second time I’ve come here and the staff acts slow. Like they don’t understand what’s going on. The other day I came and asked for the spicy fish sandwich. Online ordering literally says they have it. One lady says ok. A lady behind her says “we don’t have that”. The other lady says “well, if she wants it….” Smh
Then I had to repeat my drink three times. An Arnold Palmer. So I’m thinking she doesn’t know what it is. So I told her sweet tea and Lemonade. Her response : “I heard you the first time.” Keep in mind… I repeated my order 3 times.
Tonight there is literally one person before me in line and it took them forever to even take my order. SMH

We went to the store in Shelby NC and it was the worst experience ever. Most of our order was wrong, little mess ups that we let go. But then my husband took a bite of his chicken jr. sandwich and it was completely raw!
We called the store and the associate was absolutely rude. We asked to speak to a manager and he said “denied”. He said there was a shift manager and asked what the problem was. We told him about everything and the raw chicken and asked again to speak to the manager and he again said denied and that a store manager would be in at 8 am then he hung up the phone. Never have we experienced anything like that.

I asked for one simple thing for my son and couldn’t get it done. The woman that was the manager is absolutely terrible here and in a bad mood. Definitely not coming here again. When I come here often too for lunchtime.

Never really have a bad experience here. Customer service is always great and food is always fresh. My only issue is that when I order through the app, I never get any sauces. I wish they’d add an “extra category” and allow you to choose sauces and have that as an option but that isn’t an option on the app and it’s very inconvenient. Definitely a great place for a quick bite, fast and hot always has been my experience here.

Highway 74 runs through Shelby and it’s actually called Dixon boulevard..
Burger King is Burger King almost anywhere you go.
I have yet to go in and have my order not be what I wanted
If you’re driving West, go past Burger King and turn on that next street and drive down to it. Because it is nearly impossible to make that left turn on that road that runs beside it.
And if you’re driving east I suggest you make a u-turn and go to the next street then turn right and go down to Burger King from there.

The absolute best Burger King around! The food is always hot, fresh, fast. I do not give 5 stars to many fast food restaurants….mostly only eat them when stuck and in a hurry! I will recommend Shelby Burger King on 74 to my family, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, everyone!

Great service. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier. She helped me with my order and the order was quick and hot. I got the double cheeseburger meal, medium size. The restaurant was overall clean. I would have given it 5 stars if the drink station was kept better. I will be back.
