I went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The person taking orders was rude and kept rushing me to order quickly, which made the interaction stressful. On top of that, when I got my food, it was completely different from what I had ordered.
It’s frustrating to deal with poor customer service, especially when you’re paying for something. If someone has a bad attitude and can’t treat customers with basic respect, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Maybe they’d be better off working somewhere they don’t have to interact with people like on a farm, where they can talk to animals however they want.

Popped in for a quick late night snack before Burger King closed, the people working this night were on point! Everything came out hot, delicious, and exactly what I ordered! The woman work in the drive-through in the god’s got me sweatshirt was an absolute sweetheart, and very pleasant to speak with!

Holy crap. Let me start off by saying the drive through was a little slow. I sat at the window for a few minutes before anyone even asked for my order. BUT the burger was really good. Probably one of the best whoppers I’ve had In years! It just tasted fresh and well made. I was honestly shocked in a good way

They paid attention to the drive thru, not the people in the store. Stood there 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me even though the mgr was staring right at me! Burgers were cold because the mgr chose to give my non salted fries to someone in drive thru which left us waiting till the next batch came up. Never going back to this store. McDonald’s is too close. At least I’m expecting cold food from them.

Do not eat here!!!! This place has terrible customer service, the little round white manager blatantly called me a liar right in front of everybody just because I made the statement I’ve been here 8 minutes and yet to be greeted. From here on out she made a scene the whole time I had to wait what it felt like an hour technically I think it was 20 to 30 minutes. Foods okay customer services is terrible employees are rude!

Im a semi regular at this location, typically going on weekdays around lunch time. The staff is always friendly and personable. Food is served hot and fresh, although a few occasions they were a bit heavy handed with the mayo on the whopper that I had to ask them to remake, which they did so happily. Very good location. Clean restaurant and bathrooms, too.

Went here on New Years Day in drive thru. Sat there waiting to order for ten minutes with no line. Backed up, and drove forward three times and finally had someone answer. They forgot half of our food and drinks. I called the manager when I got home, she said she wrote my name down and next time our order would be free. We went again today, she said she didn’t remember this interaction at all, but gave us our order for free. Tried my iced coffee when we got home, and it was awful. They either used bad dairy, or I don’t know what they did, but this will be the last time we ever go to this location

Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t know how to do their job. Instead of helping, they had an attitude and made the situation uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. Customer service was nonexistent. Management seriously needs to step in because this was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Culvers has the best mushroom swiss burger. Ordered a side of mac & cheese, hard pass. Worst mac & cheese I ever tasted. $4.59 for very small container of very bad mac & cheese. You are better off with a box of macaroni and cheese

Employees are y’all okay? Seriously. I door dash a bacon king ( which is apparently a 15$ value these days) and a whopper with an extra side of onion rings. I open the bacon king and it’s just bun, 2 meat Pattie’s, bun. That’s it, no sauce, no cheese, definitely no BACON, on the BACON KING. NOTHING. Meat and bread. And the extra side of onion rings are missing, the whopper looked like it was literally thrown together from across a stadium and then stepped on. I reordered it via door dash and get the new order, only to find that they had added some sauce to the bacon king, still no BACON or cheese . Do better.
