So angry!! Didn’t get a receipt and didn’t get my #3 breakfast sandwich. Didn’t discover this until we were 15 min away. Tried to call several times within 30 minutes. No answer and their phone system hung up on me.
By the time we got to the next BK, breakfast wasn’t being served any longer.
I’m diabetic and needed the protein. So very angry!!!!!!!!!

Burger king in Monroe had the best hot & fresh burgers & fries. We got the Impossible & 2 jr whoppers . So good. Fresh lettuce , tomato, pickles & onions. Everything was made to order. Juicy & full of flavor. The friendliness of the staff was the only thing missing. The restaurant was very clean! We would go back again.

I stopped in to try the pretzel bacon king….it was huge! They had so much bacon, cheese, mayonnaise piled on 2 patties with that delicious pretzel bun! Delicious!! Highly recommended. The employees here are fast and so polite. I’ll always like Burger King…I like that charbroil taste

Went to this location this morning like I normally do for breakfast and it’s ALWAYS this one black lady with dreads that is super rude. I understand that it can be stressful to work by yourself but to yell at everyone at the drive thru and huff and puff on the speaker is unacceptable. What makes everything worse is she is a MANGER !!!

There is an employee named, Brent I believe that always works the counter. He is by far the most friendly, professional employee I have encountered at any restaurant.
If he’s not a manager, he needs to be promoted.

The bathroom is in unacceptable condition. With eight employees on the floor, there’s really no excuse for this kind of neglect. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and if the bathrooms look like this, I wouldn’t recommend that anyone eat here.

Everything was good with this store, clean, good customer service, and as I tell my kids, it’s not the mistake you make, it’s how you handle it that you will be judged on. Well a very MINOR mistake was made but they were quick to correct it and was very polite about it. I’ve had bad experiences at fast food places with attitudes as if they hate their job and it’s everybody else’s fault they have to work there. But these people have my respect. Ok, you forgot the bacon on the bacon burger , no big deal if you can fix it which they did without attitude. Thank you for the professionalism and service, much respect. I wish this location to have much success due to the strong team unity these workers displayed to keep the machine rolling. Can anyone tell me why well over 90% of the burger king stores I’ve been to always forget to put the bacon on the bacon double cheeseburger? I order this sandwich about 4 the times a week ( truck driver) from different stores in different states, they always forget the bacon .

First of all my recent experience here was awful the cashier taking my order the one with nasal issue, heavy breathing through the headset and wide back… was being very disrespectful and condescending through the drive-through when I asked what type of Fanta they have. Also I asked for extra sauce on my crispy wraps. They drowned it in sauce to make it un edible and nasty. I couldn’t even eat it, I will be reporting this to corporate as well. Don’t eat here or be prepared to ask for a refund.
