I’ll be honest with you. The food was decent but definitely not the best Burger King I’ve ever had and it was a little overpriced. $30 for a whopper, fries and two kids meals? Ok and also i got a Hershey pie. Anyway. The reason i am giving them five stars is because I got phenomenal service from a young man named Tyler. He was so friendly, helpful and even offered additional napkins when he saw my kids in the back. Extremely thoughtful and kind. If i come back, it won’t be for a great burger, it will be for his customer service.

The whoppers and the fries we got were really good. But the order of 8 mozzarella sticks was terrible. The cheese inside was hard and dried out. They tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I would have ordered more but we were in a hurry. I told my wife that I will not order them again.

Literally the worst Burger King I’ve been to – and trust me I’ve been to some Burger Kings in really rough neighborhoods. The food is cold ALWAYS, the employees are super rude! So sad because I’m a local and I was super excited for our town to get a Burger King but unless they get new management and sharpen the employees the lines will remain empty like they have the last few months.

Waited in line for 40 minutes just to get our food cold, which seems to be the norm here. But the big thing is that we got home and see that one of the drinks has a hole in the lid with unknown blue stuff on it. So dangerous and scary because who knows what caused the hole or what the blue substance could be or if it’s in the drink.

Made me appreciate mcdonalds bc they cook their premium burgers to order. Get a quarter pounder it’s going to be fresh. I come to this Burger King get a whopper and the meat is from a warming tray. It’s a newly built restaurant, there was no line, yet I’m getting old food. Unbelievable!

Why does this drive thru take SO long. This is not right. There’s no since in waiting 12 minutes in line. It’s called fast food for a reason. And I’m laying a lot of money for it for how slow it takes to come out. And then most of the time something is made wrong or isnt got because it sat so long before I could get up to the window to get it.
