Had a scheduled order for 1215 today. Show up at 1215 and I get pulled forward to a parking spot. Waited 10 minutes before my food was brought outside. They couldnt find my car for some reason. It took 3 attempts to get to my car even though I parked where I was asked to park. Look at my order and im missing a lg order of half fry/half onion rings. I walk inside get no apology and the guy who got what I was missing didn’t seem to really care. Get home and surprise the burgers had been sitting on the grill for a while before being served. Burger was so dry. This location sucks and I will being going to the mint hill location any time I want burger king.

Will be avoiding this location and advising others to do the same. Tonight’s experience was extremely FRUSTATING for some mediocre fast food. I should’ve left but was trapped in the drive thru and mobile order was already placed.
Order was to be picked up at 6:35. I get there at 6:40. Waited in a long line, I get to the order speaker. He tells me to wait please so I wait before I tell him my pick up order. He proceeds to take the order of 5-6 cars in the other order lane. I skipped the line after not having my order taken and just went to the window. I tell them I’m picking up an order to which they take another 5-10 mins to make then hand to me. Their response was “we are understaffed and have been busy”. No excuse for taking 5 other cars order. Would’ve went inside but they locked the door.
The lady who gave me my food was very polite so that’s why I didn’t give only 1 star.

Hi. I’m currently sitting in the drive through & have been here for 20 mins waiting on a whopper jr. Cars around me have all gotten their food, but not me! This is wild right? I’ll never stop here again. The food is mid anyway.

Wanted breakfast from BK specifically this morning. Should have just gone somewhere else. Egg and cheese croissants? Repeated back. Egg and cheese. Still got no cheese for us on all 4. Not to mention a nice old egg that’s flat as a sheet of paper. Never again.

Its a Burger King, a fast food kitchen making burgers and deep fried things.
That said, it’s Really Good fast food burgers & fries. I think the folk working here are pretty consistent in the good Quality of the food. Tho the time spent between the order and the getting of the food is inconsistent.
The floor to ceiling windows give all 32 seats a view of the Main Street traffic flowing by into the small town on the outer cusp of the CLT metro area, population of 2,367,000.
And those windows, hard floors & chairs made a cold, unfriendly dining-in experience.
The radio speakers do work. That’s better than some corporate food experiences.
☕Coffee: I had coffee along time ago at a BK. Hot: 4/5, Cold Coffee:2/5 rating.

I will gladly go out of my way to visit the Mint Hill location. This location constantly forgets items from your order. They pull every car up. There is no sense of urgency.

The young man at the counter today between 12:30 and 1 was efficient, courteous and was working very hard. The back staff were working fast and hard as well, and were very pleasant to us while we waited briefly for our orders. I don’t eat fast food often, but had to have a Whopper today! The employees there deserved a shoutout for a great experience! Thank you!

Tonight went through the drive through and I have to say the whole crew working tonight were so friendly. They even showed so much love for my dog that was in my car.
