ordered a medium crispy chicken sandwich combo with no tomato add pickle and 2 ranches, got a small fry with tomato’s on the sandwich and didn’t get the ranches I was charged for but I did get the pickles.

I ordered one Jr. Whopper, one Triple Whopper, and one large fry through the drive-thru. After pulling away, I realized the Jr. Whopper was missing, which required me to park and go inside. The woman who assisted me inside was very helpful, and I appreciate her professionalism.
Unfortunately, once I got home, I discovered the Triple Whopper was also incorrect—it had no lettuce, no ketchup, no mayonnaise, and only an excessive amount of pickles.
The young woman working the drive-thru window seemed inexperienced, though she was at least polite. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect at this Burger King in Forest City, NC, but it will definitely be the last. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but after repeated issues, I won’t be returning.

This burger King for years was counter service and was great, just recently went to kiosk service and it feels kinda odd not speaking to someone or seeing usual faces, but they also used to be only 1 drive thru window, making service slow, now there using 2 and surprisingly fast, trade offs I guess.

The drive thru delivers correct orders but the service is usually VERY slow. It’s “served to you in your car” food, not really fastfood… With food delivery apps most restaurants are experiencing this, I think.

ridiculous and unacceptable i ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and I can planly see where they took a sandwich it was already made whiped the lettuce off of it with a napkin and remnants of mayonnaise everywhere I mean what’s the point? I didn’t want no mayonnaise that’s the reason I said no mayonnaise! took forever to even get any food and it was $30 too. I just think it’s unacceptable they need to change their slogan( have it your way )its have it whatever way they want to give it to you. got it through the drive-thru at night, so what you going to do -you got to eat mayonnaise! and I don’t like mayonnaise what about people that are allergic to it? you think they care? I could be choking somewhere matter of fact they took the lettuce off of it too.I didn’t say no lettuce and that is unprofessional that’s my experience with it

September 3, 2025 this restaurant has grown tremendously…. great food! The employees are very well trained, respectful also management. It’s awesome. Just when I was about to give up fast food, you guys came through for me! keep up the great work. I’m not sure if they cook made to order, but my food is on point every time!!

Speaker doesn’t work when ordering food in the drive thru, you’ll have to scream very Loudly for them to hear you. Also the burger had so much sauce in was falling off in piles, the fries were nice & crispy but no salt on them at all.

I’ve lived in Forest City for about 6 years now and I’ve always gone to this Burger King. I work nights, so my options are limited when I want something late at night and I’d absolutely like to thank this night shift crew for the work and effort they put in. There’s been a noticeable rise in quality and consistency since the redesign.
I’ve worked in restaurants in the past, from the Waffle House across the street to fast food joints in other states. Night shifts are stereotypically pretty relaxed with poor workplace standards, but this is the third time I’ve gotten something to eat late at night here and ALL of the food was fresh, hot, and made properly. Too many restaurants are complacent and let their food sit so they don’t have to cook, but I never have this issue here.
I really appreciate the night shift crew here, whether it’s good management or good natured people, you guys are great. Thank you for your hard work. Especially the really chill young Black gentleman on the headset, sorry for not knowing your name but I know it’s not easy working there.
