In fairness “atmosphere” is from drive-thru lane. Have not been inside in years! Food was prepared as ordered and as good as any BurgerKing food ! Service is where this location excels . Always friendly and courteous and will take the time to enter your order in the way you get more value for money spent!

UPDATE: Visited the drive through Fri evening. I was greeted by a very pleasant individual in drive through. Service was fast and food was good. I will give them another chance sonit seems they made some changes.visit this location sometimes once a week for inside dining. I have never had a problem. Today unfortunately I had an altercation with the drive through employee. While being yelled at I asked for the manager whom informed me she heard the whole conversation and repeatedly apologized. I felt satisfied with that until I get home to realize the order was wrong. . Some items smashed in bag to add to injury. Then occured to me that once the manager took over ordering , the kid whom now in trouble likely had something to do with the sabotage. So here I am with a wrong order that probably was spit in also. Tons of other places to dine in the area…

Waited twenty-five minutes for a Whopper—twenty-five! Like, I could’ve flown to Charlotte and back faster. The line was a zombie horde, half the staff looked dead inside, and when I finally got my food? Cold fries, soggy bun, and the “beef” tasted like it was microwaved by a sad robot.
And the price? Fifteen bucks for a combo that should’ve been eight. Airport markup is evil, but this was robbery in a crown hat.
Only upside? I got to practice deep breathing while my plane boarded without me.
Avoid. Walk past. Eat vending machine peanuts. You’ll thank me.

This is a fantastic location. Great sanitation rating of 99.5. Customer service is outstanding. They even walked around offering mints to dining room guests. Very clean!! They also accommodated our requests to swap out our King Jr Meal toys.

This was the best burger king meal I’ve had in ages. Everything hot & fresh and a tomato that was ripe.
Service and atmosphere? Good crew, but it was a moderately busy time and it was a Burger King.

Whoever worked drive through window on 12/4 at 4:30pm is an immature worker who decided to disrespect my friend who was simply getting their meal. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or what, but he said “$16?? If he wants to be a Big Back that’s on him” and slammed the drive through window. SLAMMED. It was not the cashier – it was the boy who handed my friend their food. Incredibly unprofessional and just straight up immature and rude. Absolutely ridiculous, BK we ain’t having it our way – your employees need some serious work and that guy needs to go. If this is how you treat your customers at this store location, I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs due to the disrespect.
