I come in weekly for whopper Wednesday mostly. But this review isn’t about the food this time. It’s solely about the warrior female manager today at lunch time. Every time I come,she is here. She really cares about her staff and it shows. She doesn’t talk at them, she talks to them. She is a blessing here. When the crew is swamped and crazy busy by the rush, she encourages her team and tells them how proud she is of them. This is one of the greatest managers I have seen in action. The crew is supportive to her and customers. This may be the best Burger King I have been to hands down as a regular. It’s not always about the food. It’s about the people of a syncing team that prepares it. For that I sincerely thank this location and lunch crew. Yes some customers don’t understand the busy rush, but I’m not one of them. Mrs E is a great entity to this location and I’ve been coming here a lot since 2024. She is a strong communicator with customers as well. Definitely the type of manager that rolls up her sleeves and gets it in alongside her staff. She doesn’t bark orders, she says hey our team, let’s handle this together. She deserves a critical amount of recognition. From one your regulars, respectfully and honored, Mr. Young. Thank you team.

The worst service I have ever experienced at any Burger King or fast food restaurant. I must have been invisible to the three people who stood directly in front of me. One person felt it was more important to bag orders than take care of the customer at the register. The lady at the drive thru didn’t have any traffic. I did speak with the manager — who should have been at the front of the store — but I seriously doubt anything will change. The manager listened and was respectful. I just could not place and order at that location. Serious training with management and staff needs to happen immediately.

Today is the 29th of January 2025. I’m trying to eat a fry whopper. I had to put ketchup on it. All the ingredients are not on this whopper. Doesn’t even taste like a whopper. They made a replacement for me. Now this one was straight. Great tasting and not dry. Thanks for the redo as it made a tremendous difference.
I love it when a team works together in unity. My visit was great. It was so great that I ordered twice. Customers got greeted. We were told we rule by the staff. They made everyone feel comfortable. But they even got the orders out in a timely manner. This is the first Burger King I have ever been to where the staff is showing customers that they care about our patronage. Not just the money but speaking to the customers and asking if we needed anything else or could they do anything else for us. I was very proud to be at this particular Burger King location. I will be back. Oh by the way it’s November 12th 2024 at 137 pm. Day is Tuesday. That way they will know they get their rightful credit. No arguments or fighting. Just pure selfless service and customer care. Thank you staff. I greatly appreciated you all today.

I go here every Friday, during the lunch hour is packed, it doesn’t matter, these crew can move, excellent organized management keeps the line flying, forget about Chick fil a, this group of great employees won’t make you wait. Honestly, I have no idea where the low reviews come from, maybe individuals with personal issues. I will highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to enjoy fresh food , fast services and affordable deals . Thanks to whoever manages this place and to every single person in the team that deserves five stars all the way !

All I did was ask for ketchup and the lady that was handing me the order just gave me an attitude.. then I asked for my last drink and she continues to give me an attitude as if I was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I dont think I did anything wrong for asking for what I already paid for.. atleast the order was correct this time.

For starters IF… you can get someone to wait on you without having to ask your doing good. They will straight up ignore you like you’re invisible. Oh and check your order before leaving because it’s probably wrong. I completely felt like I was inconveniencing them by walking in the door. Not an atmosphere that I want to revisit anytime soon.
Unfortunately this seems to be the norm at ALL fast food. Not to mention how much it costs.

Ordered delivery. Missing jalepeno poppers. They were on receipt. So staff couldn’t put our families 4 items into a bag without missing something.
Exhausting that fast food orders have a 50 50 shot of being correct when delivered. Seems really easy.
