They served fresh food but got part of the order wrong. We pulled back to the drive thru and they were quick to fix the burger we ordered. The gentleman, who I think was a manager, was very apologetic which is rare these days. I am impressed. Highly recommend the Cherryville Burger King.

Pulled forward for 2 whopper jrs and 2 fries that was placed on the app. Waited at the speaker box just for you to tell me to pull to the window. Get to the window just to have to repeat my mobile order and than made to pull forward to wait on my food. You’d think the app makes it faster but it doesn’t. I do not recommend this location.

If you order on the mobile app,be prepared for it not to be ready,(ordered 20mins before I arrived at restaurant).It took them almost an hour to make 28 nuggets. Then as my wife was waiting inside to get order,the guy behind the counter proceeded to tell my wife he would get it when he is ready and had an attitude with her(food was done cooking at this point). The customer service at this burger king is horrible. They should just close the doors on this place. Choose another restaurant if I was you

This is the third time in a row that I have ordered a Big King burger via Door Dash and received a small double cheeseburger instead of the Big King! There really is no excuse for this to happen so much! And they failed to send any sauces with chicken nuggets that I ordered.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get cold food. I’ve given it a few tries because I know most places are short staffed plus there really isn’t a lot of food choices to pick from in this area, but today was my last time. And don’t bother calling to speak to a manager, they don’t answer the phone. I honestly don’t see how this location is even still open at this point.
