My best friend and I visited this location Thursday, February 26th about noon. I wish I had gotten the names of the two wonderful ladies working. They were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The lady at the 2nd window, who I believe is a manager or shift lead, “For the queens that you ladies are, would you like a crown”? After the incredibly painful morning we’d had we were down for some silly fun, so we said yes! My bacon cheeseburger and fries were fresh and delicious.
Overall great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
I really hope the ladies working will see this and know they really helped lighten my heart last Thursday. Keep smiling and being the beautiful queens you are!!

Took 45 mins from the time I pulled into the drive thru to get food. Then I was asked to wait at the first window so they can control window times, next I ordered large double cheeseburger meal combos. At the window I was handed medium size drinks (paid for large) when asked about it I was told they were out of large lids. As I tried to explain that I paid for the large the girl at the window replied “ I don’t know what to tell you I just work here”.After getting home I found out that I received single cheeseburger combos. I tried calling over 10 times but no one would answer the phone.

Came in through drive-through on Sunday there was nobody else at that store not in drive-through not inside. We had to pull forward first off and wait on our food no big deal. They told us that the croissant they did not have ham but for one so we did a ham croissant for one and a sausage and egg croissant for the other. We get the bag. The receipt clearly shows sausage, egg, and cheese, croissant and ham and cheese croissant, but there was no egg on the sausage when I called to try to say hey you know we were just there. There was nobody in line before I could even get those words out of my mouth you’re not gonna be rude to me. I’m not dealing with this today and the lady hangs up and they would not answer anymore. I never had a chance to be rude or say anything rude to her I was just simply explaining that we were just in drive-through there was nobody there and they got our sandwich wrong this is unacceptable. This is not how you run a business and I don’t even know why she has a job when there are other people that would enjoy their job a lot better than that because that is not how you treat customers. Will be glad when robots take over at least orders will be correct and there will be no rudeness.

I drive a large service van and cannot go through a drive through, so I have to go into restaurants. So when you dont post that your dinning hall is closed it makes it hard for people like me and the 10 others I watched pull out, to get lunch.
You have people handling your food into a bag with no gloves on and constantly pulling their pants up without cleaning their hands.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, steer clear of this place.

I just left there at 7:46 pm and the person that took my order at the register was rude once I finally got noticed after standing there for 5 minutes. The guy making my sandwich was touching everything and didn’t change his gloves I ended up leaving because he was scratching his nose he was pulling his pants up and didn’t change gloves then when I said something they acted like it wasn’t a Manager there. Experience was terrible the bathroom was dirty just overall a bad experience y’all need to address washing hands and changing gloves after touching yourself.

Walking in with my grandmother the establishment was kept extremely clean and organized. Ordering our food was such a seamless experience without fail or error. The manager (Amber) went above and beyond to make sure our experience was such a wonderful one and one to remember. The cook (Don) went above and beyond as well to make sure we had everything we wanted and it was done the right way.
I will say that previous times I’ve been here it’s been EXTREMELY slow but now that they’ve hired these 2, the service was EXCEPTIONAL and if your hesitant on giving them another try due to previous slow waiting times I completely understand but if your up to giving them another chance I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

I stopped going for a while because service was bad. Like bad bad but my son wanted BK and we were too far away from any other one so I sucked it up and went back to the Cherryville location expecting the worst.
So imagine my surprise when I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in the door by not one, not two, but three smiling faces?!?!?! There was a man in front of me and the woman taking orders called him handsome which I thought, maybe she’s just being nice. When it was my turn, she gave me eye contact and said “And how are you today, Beautiful?”
I have never been greeted ANYWHERE so informally but welcoming. I said something to her and she said “All men are handsome and all women are beautiful.”
I ordered, she asked my son directly what he wanted and listened to him instead of going through me like most adults. Then she put on gloves and MADE IT HERSELF!!
I don’t know what has happened to this location but please keep it up! I will definitely be back!

Ice machine was broken. No one bothered to mention that before you pay for the food. A sign on the door even would have been nice. But the let you order – take your $$ then tell you. Ordered 2 double Cheeseburgers, a plain hamburger, A whopper Jr with onion rings. Took 40 minutes to get that. They ran out of burgers and had to cook more. 3 employees- all dancing around doing the bunny hop to the music playing with no regard to customers waiting. After the 40 minute wait – they forgot to cook the onion rings- the priority was on Dancing . Absolutely no people skills, no management skills and just totally unacceptable behavior. DO BETTER BURGER KING- all you have is this food service and if it doesn’t get better I don’t expect you to be open much longer. Totally unacceptable and will never go back.
