Our breakfast was good but the service was absolutely terrible. When our order was taken in the drive-thru, the girl was having a conversation with someone else. When we pulled up to the window she was less than friendly or courteous. We were missing 2 sandwiches and my husband walked inside and was met with ‘What you missing’ and was handed the 2 sandwiches with no apology, no thank you-nothing. Come on folks. It’s not enough to have good food if your employees are hateful. Customers want the total experience-not just at Chick-fil-A.

If you like smashed sandwiches, cold coffee and wrong orders this is the place for you. Inside you can be treated to employees and palls screaming and laughing at the top of thier lungs… suggest you bring headphones. Since this is the ONLY venue in Windsor for a drive through breakfast, we have tried it several times, and they have never, ever gotten our order correct. The last time my wife actaully got sick from eating a sausage sandwich… we have not been back since.

Easily the worst Burger King drive-thru I’ve ever been through. All I wanted was a coffee, during breakfast and it took 10 minutes. On top of that the coffee was awful it was actually not burnt it just tastes really really bad. It was interesting to watch the staff dance in the background while I stare at them through a window for 5 minutes. I believe the owner should probably take a hard look at this staff. Maybe I’ll try again in a month or two. Don’t waste your time here.

Getting food here is really hit or miss. The overall quality of the food is okay but the biggest issue comes down to actually getting what you order. The absolute best chance you have at getting what you order here at the Windsor NC store is through the mobile app. I’ve had issues as well with the sodas tasting just like seltzer and not at all like what you order. My last stop in to this store I’ve witnessed at least two people coming inside from missing food from their order and unsurprisingly I was also missing a side to one of my meals and all of my sauces. It would heighten the store a great deal to just get better costumer service and just to actually get everything that you order.

Service was great, pay more attention to cleaning the dining room. However, the entire dining room compared to all Hardee’s restaurants was is no comparison, Hardee’s cleanliness is the worst of all fast foods.
