Stopped in to get breakfast and lobby was closed. Couldn’t go through drive thru since I’m a truck driver and obviously too big to fit. No signage on doors indicating lobby hours that I could see.

This happened on June 24, at 8:00 p.m. in Edenton, NC. My daughter ordered me a Whopper Meal tonight and this is what I received a raw whopper when she brought it home. This don’t make no sense but best believe I will be calling Corporate tomorrow to report this.

I door dash food almost every night I work and I never think to open up the food I’m eating beforehand. Tonight I did and this is what I see? I’m just genuinely confused as to why I got half a patty and a whopper junior patty? It just looks a hot mess but imma keep ordering, just do better next time.

I ordered a dbl whopper meal with cheese , got home to find a regular single whopper. The girl at the window was oddly staring inside my car and smiling at my bag, she was rude and very unprofessional. Never will go at night again. Araya was the name on her tag.

Drive thru lady mumbled something and I asked her to clarify what she said and with a hostile attitude she said “ we are only serving fried food!” I decided that she was reflecting the attitude with the food prep so I chose to leave and vowed not to go there again. Good luck with that. Times have changed no longer does customer service matter. So “I rule at Burger King” is a lie.

PLEASE READ ALL….. On Friday 2/2/24 at 1:30 placed a take-out order at outside drive-up, for Big Fish combo and a small order of fries.

When at pickup window, was told small fry was $2.87! No thank you.

Cashier said, “here is your Big Fish” and my husband said, “I ordered a combo” – “Oh okay”, said the cashier, and handed him a bag with a Big Fish sandwich in it. What the Hell???

Not only did she get the order wrong, but never corrected it at the window……

Poor Employee and Uncaring Management…. Shame On You!

I just left the drive thru. The young lady was very rude, rolling eyes and staring. I know she has a mouth because I saw it but I never heard her voice. She did not greet with a hello, nor a goodbye. The food I ordered was cold. I am disappointed because recently, the quality of the food has been good. I refuse to believe the workers don’t know when they’re giving customers old food. Management definitely needs to do better.
