Used to come here a couple times a week for lunch but lately they’ve gotten lazy and just act straight up ignorant. The only one there that is friendly and presentable is the lady at the first window. They screw my order up almost every single time somehow someway. Even when it says exactly what i wanted on the ticket, yall need to find a different career choice yall work in service and don’t even act it in the slightest way. Beyond rude and don’t give a shit if they screw your order up.

Honestly the food isn’t terrible when they get your order right which is bout 40% of the time….my biggest issue is they close the dining room at like 5 pm every day and lock all the doors…..even tho the window says it’s open til 10 pm……idk why they do this I guess they feel so scared cuz this location is near a low income neighborhood but it aint like they have been robbed that im aware of but thats ok…..bojangles is better anyway

If you want rude customer service from the employees and manager, definitely eat here. Makes no sense when you give your order 3 times at the drive thru and the order is still wrong. Then when you call the store the Manager does not care. Even had the nerve to tell me they had someone new fixing the food!! Not my problem!!

This is a revised review a few years after the first review. This Burger King has gotten much worse. Food quality is still average, but customer service and atmosphere is a ZERO. This was the last time I will visit a Burger King. They’ve lost my business.

We went last night got Doubke whopper meal and a junior whopper meal and crispy chicken sandwich meal it totally was off the chain delicious and the staff was so friendly

Pretty fast service, but it seems like the last few times we’ve visited they’ve missed a few items from our order. It’s quite annoying to have to go all the way back for something that should have been in the bag. Yes, checking before leaving, but we have a large family and I typically skim to see if everything is there. It’s usually 1 order of nuggets missing or an order of french fries, etc. Other than that it’s decent fast food.
