Food is fresh and good! Inspired to leave a review tonight (10/23/25) because I ordered with a few friends in the dining room and the two ladies we spoke to were so lovely, never thought we would have such a warm and happy experience in a Burger King! We were handed our food with a big smile! Thank you guys for making our night with yummy food and great customer service!

I had the wonderful experience of Tammy taking my order (9-9-25) at the drive through this evening and from the minute I ordered to when I left, Tammy was the most friendliest, nicest person and had such a great attitude along with a sincere smile.
We need more Tammy’s in this world so it would be a better place!
So, to the manager, as customers are ALWAYS right, Tammy needs a raise please!!

And as for the review left earlier that didn’t give 5 stars because lack of different choices, ma’am, this is Burger King and has been since their inception so if you want healthier meals, more choices of bread, etc, there are other fast food places and restaurants that have those options. Yes, you can have it your way at BK, but only of what they sell!

We ate inside. We could barely hear the cashier as we were ordering food, she would not speak up. I overheard the cook say they didn’t have spicy chicken sauce, the manager told him to just put mayonnaise on it… without asking me. 5 of the fountain drinks were out of service. They also forgot the toy in my daughters kids meal. The restaurant was clean.

I come here every morning I mean every morning and eat my breakfast !!! I will have ta say this is the BEST BURGER KING I have ever been tooo !!!!!! The food is amazing always good always hot and fresh I mean every morning I come in to eat ! I always get the #2 w a vanilla iced coffee and as soon as I walk inside they already kno tht is what I am gonna get and it’s ready !!! Karen Parmalee and Justin are my favorite they r the best ! They really care ab how u feel when u get here ! They always there ta make us happy !!! Now there are 2 Women tht work there I don’t not care for ….. well for one they don’t care ab the customer at all ! Very rude and always have an attitude! But other than that this Burger King is #1 in my opinion !!!

The restaurant is usually very clean and not too crowded. I will say the customer service has gotten better in the past few months. I was so glad they got my picky daughters order correct last time we went and the guy was super friendly and nice.

I would give a zero if I could, but it won’t allow it. I ordered through the app for an easier process. It was anything but after pulling up to the drive thru, I was asked to pull around to the front. After about 20 mins I went in to get my order. The cashier asked did they forget I was waiting, one girl shrugged her shoulders & said oh well. Like WTH ♀️ all the restaurants in this area lack customer service training, the only BK restaurants where the customers never have it their way.

I stopped in the Washington BK on Sunday march 24th. I was passing through as I am not from this area. The service was very fast the crew was polite and funny. I was very pleased with how clean the building was. I will stop here again for sure. Thanks for having my order prepared quickly and accurately.

Service and food was wonderful. Walked into the restaurant to Ashley warmly wishing departing guests safe travels and hopes to see them again. Then, she and Amiya greeted my family with smiles and genuinely upbeat personalities.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, like seasonal food popularity and the import worker strike, some items on the menu were unavailable. We ordered items and post checkout, discovered an item had just run out. This didn’t stop the excellent customer service aimed at providing a very pleasant dining experience.
Akeem and Amiya worked together to make an exchange. This meant they had additional work but there was no change to facial expressions, vocal tones or body language. This staff wanted to ensure the customers enjoyed themselves and their food.
I loved how Amiya took the initiative to place a single kids crown on each table. This uncluttered the front counter yet made the desired wearable accessible for parents. The backline and cooking area was clean and maintained while we were there. Food was prepared fresh and to order. Fresh fries, cookies and cold Hershey pies were accompanied by well stacked Impossible Whoppers and a clean drink station.
We came to the area to hike at a local state park and stopped at this Burger King on our way home. When we next return to the area, we will come back to this business. The excellence role modeled in management is demonstrated in the crew and shines beyond the reach of the well illuminated and clean parking lot.
