I’ve never left a review like this before, but this was honestly one of the most alarming restroom conditions I’ve ever seen in any restaurant.
When I went into the bathroom, it was absolutely filthy. The floor looked like it had feces smeared on it, and the smell hit me as soon as I opened the door. It was so bad that I turned around and walked right back out. There is no way this happened suddenly — it looked like it had been neglected for quite a while.
If the bathroom that customers see is in this kind of condition, it really makes you worry about the overall cleanliness and standards in the rest of the restaurant.
I’m posting this with photos not to be dramatic, but because this is a serious health and hygiene concern. I really hope management and corporate take this seriously and fix it immediately.

OK so I get Walmart Plus which is basically Amazon Prime for Walmart and one of perks is a daily 25% off coupon. So this coupled with a very user friendly (I’m 56!)I get there multiple times a week. The staff in the morning is so delightful and friendly. And with 25% off it’s an excellent value. I love the Egg something burrito the most. They are also very fast too. Highly recommended!

Beware, and inspect your food before eating!! Moldy bread being handed out. They even told my husband that they had multiple customers coming back in with the same issue. THROW AWAY THE ENTIRE PAN, not only the pieces that have visible mold. Anything that was in the same area and/or touching the moldy bread should have been throw away at the first sight.

I stopped by the 10th Street Burger King in Greenville NC this morning. It had been a while since I was last in this location. I used to go every morning. I was one of only two customers in the restaurant. The other had already ordered and was waiting for his order. When I was finally acknowledged, the worker just shouted it would be awhile. I observed her being frustrated and it seemed she and other employee were discussing if another staff member was coming to work. I also witnessed her cursing in her conversations. As I patiently waited as I was in no rush, she waited until after 10:30 to shout while facing the kitchen she wasn’t serving anymore breakfast. I was completely shocked as I had entered the store before 10:30 and had waited patiently. I asked her for clarification and again she was rude and said she wouldn’t be serving anymore breakfast items and that it now lunch. I guess I am now a former customer.

Omg. Ok the burgers an chicken nuggets are always great. Customers service classes r needed by some employees. Overall I love the food but every Burger King is diffrent. They came out wth tacos I ordered one wth no lettace got no meat an what lik was there was old an burned pic included. Only person in line waited 16 mins. Was whopper 3 chicken nuggets an an tacos. I will go bck for whoppers an chicken an onion rings only when not in a hurry.

I hope these photos of their bathroom show you the cleanliness of this place. That stuff is the thing of nightmares. Also, this is where the employees wash their hands, so if you want to throw up immediately after eating, this should be the place to go.

What brought it down from a solid 4 was the condition of the dining room. Tables, floor and soda counter all needed to be cleaned and sweeped. The soda machine was out of all but one soda type and ice part was not working well.
That said- The service was great friendly and courtesy. The food was hot and fresh( I showed up just as breakfast was being changed over), the French fries were just made and the burgers were just being made too, so all was great. Stay hungry my foodie friends

Food was hot and fresh. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food. The person that took my order was also knowledgeable about the products on the menu which helps because I usually only eat BK when I am out of town and its been a while since I have been out of town.
