This place is so outdated and looks run down. The sign outside at first glance made me think they were closed down. There isn’t many choices for fast food around so we picked BK. We got whoppers and they were great! No complaints. The fries however had so much salt it nearly choked me. The person in the drive thru wasn’t the nicest either. This place needs a major update!! Glad it’s not local to me.

The food is fine sometimes. Some of the workers have an attitude which can’t blame them really but thats no excuse to give someone nasty cold food

I just would like to say every one even myself have bad days/nights. The Dance recital for CPS was at 6 pm till 7. Guess where everyone went after? Bojangles and Burger King. We chose BK because of the play ground. Wich is closed to the public by the way. Well the young lady that worked in BK s children were playing inside the play area. Well explain how you explain to a 3 yr old that she can’t play inside the play area, just the cashier s kids could play. Her tiny little hand got shut in the play area door and my daughter ran over and opened it off of her hand. The cashier had to go attend to her little one. It left people in line with no one up front to fill orders. And I am not bashing a working mother at all. I have been left with having to take my girls to work with me before. It’s just the fact that if no public kids can play then no one should be allowed to play. She came back out and worked the line. She was really sweet and thanked my daughter for helping her little one. But if there is anything events at one of the schools going on they should be on top of that. Schedule two workers during that time. They were slammed by the amount of people stopping to grab food before going home. I will say this again. Everyone can have bad nights. Burger King please reopen your play area. Kids love it. If not that door should be properly locked and a sign displayed not open to the public.

I have always loved BK Whoppers! For my taste buds, they are as good as any home grilled hamburgers!

Went to the drive through. There was some sort of issue at the window so I had to wait to get my food. My french fries were barely warm and my burger was cold. When I say cold, there was absolutely no warm at all. $6.60 for a whopper jr and medium fries.

Veey nice Play Place, but not open even though Covid is over. Here with grandkids, and they wanted to play. Food was good except chicken sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise. Restaurant was clean.

Everything my receipt said remove was all I got for toppings. Half of my fries between 2 orders were definitely refried and disgusting. Location continues to be a joke.

The food was fine, however the customer service was severely lacking. The two girls on the drive through service had terrible attitudes. My friend that was with me has a learning disability and wanted to make her own order. The employees gave her such ugly looks that I asked one of them why she was making that face and she apologized. They kept doing it, acting like we were making their life hell and stressed my friend out so much it made her slower to count her money and I had to help her. It was a disgraceful representation of Burger King and indicates a need for either better training or better supervision if not both.

Service was great but the food was dry and it didn’t have that taste that BK usually had.
