Aaron at the drive-through window is truly the star of Burger King! From the moment I pulled up, he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He made the entire experience pleasant with his positive attitude and great customer service. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and even offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. FIRST, Aaron in the drive-thru is the only good thing about this BK. He’s autistic but extremely nice, and you actually leave with a smile. HOWEVER, I went inside this time, and told the lady at the register plain, only cheese and bacon. This lady put everything on the receipt plus charged me extra for bacon. The burger had no bacon and everything on it. I found out after I left and was at work already. Why is this job so hard.

I live further down Capital but I always choose this Burger King to stop at just to touch base with Aaron. Great guy, biggest heart, super kind and polite. Just a brief interaction with him in the drive-thru would definitely brighten your day

I’m guilty of loving and original chicken sandwich. But I keep coming back for more because Aaron the drive-thru guy is just incredible. Every time I’ve come and he’s there, he greets me with the same courteous energy. He always tells me I rule, I love this guy! You can go anywhere for a chicken sandwich so you have to choose the place that’s going to give you the service too come see Aaron he works at lunch you won’t be disappointed.

Aaron Brodie is soooooo amazing! He loves his job and the customers. He makes sure to take care with understanding the order and to make sure my daughter always has a crown. He is so nice and patient and makes me go to this burger king only. I LOVE AARON!!

The manager Eric handled our order and was great!! My son wanted the SpongeBob meal and they were sold out of part of the package so he put an extra special kids meal together and made my sons night!! Eric was kind and very patient with us and they were very short on help but he did a great job and food was hot and fresh!

Amazing service! Young lady on the front end was doing so much all by herself! I struggled to remember her name, but it started with a J. I came in around 3:30 PM. It was clear that the management on staff was jolly and actively helping both the drive-through and the front end. A breath of fresh air compared to typical fast food customer service. 10/10 keep it up 🙂

So the store manager Wanda is not a good professional manager she feeds off of children and talks bad to them she puts them down if it’s their first job she does not work with them she thinks everybody that comes in there knows how to run a fast food instead of teaching them she talks about them to customers she talks about them to customers in the Drive-Thru she calls them slow if they don’t know what they’re doing because they haven’t been taught correctly windows are never done store is dirty

Pull up to the drive thru 10mins ago. Immediately the lady saids I’ll be right with you. 7mins pass…and I was still waiting to have my order taken. Unless there is only one or two people working on the shift there is no reason why you should not check back in with the customer. I see why the rating are so low. Please explain that to drive thru workers the importance.
