I go out of my way to visit this BK location specifically, even though other locations are closer to me. The staff is always really nice and pleasant, and my order is quick. I make a lot of alternations to the items on my order, and they have always made it accurately. It makes a big difference! Huge shout out to the staff at this store for being so lovely :]

Both times I was there 5 minutes before closing. I will be reporting this to the corporate office. Its the manager who turn me away. I will Make sure you get fired. You closed early. Now how yiu treat loyal customers eve if it’s Christmas eve. Good luck on yiur new job manager

Food was great, fries were ok. Guy that took our order was nice. When our food was ready no number was called but the number after ours was called twice and an enderly gentleman took it by mistake, the lady calling out was looking at us with a attitude look, she said “sir” but he didn’t hear it so I spoke with him and he apologized. My wife was watching other folks coming in to order the lady seemed to have a attitude maybe didn’t wanna be there at work, if you don’t wanna be at work don’t take it out on customers. More than not returning to this location at all in the near future. If you want attitude come here, I suggest another location which it’s not many in Raleigh.

The cooks make your burgers without wearing gloves. I literally seen the cook dig in her nose then made a cheeseburger that is so nasty do not eat here management is obviously terrible

You may not want to be at work but don’t take it out on customers. Being rude and getting upset because you charged $14 for one milkshake. You got upset because YOU made a mistake. Chill and stay home if this is the type of service you are going to give customers. Not our fault you hate your life ♂️

The best Burger King location out there. Everytime I go … even if it’s late at night or early in day, the employees are so kind, and fast! Other burger kings always take forever, or get my order wrong(I’m vegan so I get the impossible whopper with no Mayo or cheese and the veggies on the side) . My cashier and order taker also verified my order with the cooks in the back( I heard her talk to them) and that means soooo much to me. Definitely deserve raises for their amazing customer service. I will go to no other Burger King ever again.

I’ve been getting breakfast here this past week a couple times a day. Every single day I order the same thing…however with one particular African American employee…the price seems to be higher every single time than the other employees. I have the saved receipts as proof, and am going to file a former complaint for always trying to get upcharged for no reason.
