Was in Raleigh for a few days and BK was close to my hotel…expected the usual run of the mill yuck fast food, but was pleasantly surprised when everything tasted really good!! Add to that the amazing customer service, which made for a nice dining experience…hats off to Liz, she was very kind and had a great attitude! It’s employees like her that make a good restaurant great, even if it is just fast food

Service was incredible at the drive thru, problem is I paid $6 for a big Fish that was cooked years ago and found in a hot holding box. It was like biting into a giant rubber band……. Management refused to acknowledge that I spent 2 days in the hospital for food poisoning. Lost 2 days salary at work. Don’t eat at this repulsive dump. Told me to go to a corporate website when it was clearly terrible practices on their team’s part. Put this dumpster out of business !

I just came from this establishment and the person working the window was completely rude. I couldn’t see the screen because I wear glasses but had the wrong glasses on at the time and she wouldn’t tell me how much a whopper with cheese was. She gave me lip over the intercom so I went across the street to McDonald’s to buy my meal. I will not be returning!

This location on Wake Forest Rd, has never disappointed! Every time I have gotten my food it hot, even the fries! Everyone has been very nice and special shout out to Latrice who is always at the window with a smile and so sweet! Give this wonan a raise! I had a bad experience at the Cary location on Harrison Ave, but I guess that is why it mostly empty.

Items left out of sandwich 2 times on doordash orders due to being in a medical rehab . I called and they said they have new people working, I call that BS. bad management. Edit ..After calling the store and complained they called back and they said they would bring me another sandwich, nice response but I was already full . She said they will look out for my next orders to make sure they are done correctly

I placed an order for the Wednesday whopper special using the app. When I got my order I checked and there was no cheese. The person who gave me my order at the restaurant told me cheese was not on your receipt and we don’t have anything to do with the app.
When I got home to eat the sandwich I noticed it was missing all the other ingredients.
I was upset and threw the sandwich in the trash.
This happened at the restaurant on Falls of Neuse in Raleigh.
