Honestly a really great location. Today 10/13/25 around 3:30 pm, the lady that served me deserves some recognition. She just really stood out to me in terms of genuinely just mild mannered and hardworking and it was refreshing. There were others working but she was the only one in the front at this time and she was also juggling a few different customers orders and demands but she just handled it all well and breezy. Wish I caught her name but she was working it today. Food was hot and fresh too. Store and ladies restroom were notably very clean as well/

I came to this establishment on saturday after a long 12 hour shift at the hospital, sleet was coming down and freezing rain. Placed my order, went to the window, paid for my food. I got the bag and asked for BBQ sauce and the worker told me it was 0.42 cents but i keep telling her my son has a 4 piece nugget kids meal she still insisted on the 0.42 cent and i asked for ketchup which i remember is free!! but still the employee said 0.42 cents. she gave me such a hard time i didnt even get to check my other bag until i got home and i had the wrong order !! Next day we drove to the same location to speak to a manager about a full refund she said we needed to have the food with us. idk about other companies but i was always told the customer is right! i will make sure i let higher up know about all the interactions

On September 4th, I had a great and pleasant experience at this location. Staff member Jalonda was patient and nice as I was deciding on what I wanted to purchase. It’s nice to go into an establishment and someone treat you with respect and courtesy. Moreover, my food was fresh and hot.

This Burger King in Raleigh truly deserves recognition! The food was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and came out piping hot — honestly some of the best I’ve ever had from the chain. The atmosphere was just as impressive. From the moment I walked in, Ebony greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She made me feel like family with her kindness and her positive attitude, and if she isn’t already the manager, she should be.
The hospitality didn’t stop there. Even the cooking team in the back, especially Andre, helped create a welcoming, family-like vibe that made the visit memorable. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-run, and I even noticed someone sweeping outside to keep the property clean. It’s rare to see a fast-food location take this much pride in both service and atmosphere.
I’ll be returning not just for the breakfast, but for the great vibes and outstanding service that make this Burger King stand out. They truly treated me like family, and for that, this location deserves to be award-winning.

Dining area was disgusting looked like it hasn’t been clean in days. The tables and chairs were nasty one person taking out trash and the rest in the kitchen it was not busy. The manager just sat at the table doing nothing but looking at a computer. Do Better.

I don’t know why I choose this over McDonald’s, employees are crappie. Had to order my whole order in the drive thru then to get to the window and for them to say they only take tap or swipe cards cause there machine was down, so I when inside had to re-tell them what is order. Paid. Left. I got a cup with something in it. Overall don’t eat here if you have self respect (only ate the food cause on 30 minutes lunch break) very displeased!

Takeout for Breakfast on 8/30 before work for myself, sat there for about 15 minutes at drive thru and the staff was apparently short staffed and the African American lady had an attitude from hell. I’m not saying this was her fault but please get some more people in there and better training.

Dining area was absolutely horrific. There was food, trash, condiments all over the floor, seats and table. They weren’t busy at all. This place looked as though it been cleaned in a few days.
