Once again, I come to this Burger King in an attempt to get something to eat. Once upon a time, this is my go to spot. if you have a large hardtop vehicle then you can’t get to the drive-through so you’re forced to go somewhere else to eat and this has been more than normal at this location and one other location further up the road. Sad times Burger King. They have been losing my money for quite a while due to not having the doors open. And I’m not the only one. I watch others with high top work vehicles that have to go leave and go somewhere else.

Ms. Wanda the store manager of the capital location near trawick. Left a elderly lady outside of the dinning room in 90 degree weather because she didn’t want to open the dinning room, mind you the site states that the dining room is open from 10:00-6:00 pm. The customer expressed that she can’t make it through the drive through. This manager is very rude and does not know southern hospitality, nevertheless doesn’t have morals or values, or respect the store hours. The remainder of the staff however is very friendly and kind.

The order was correct but when I pulled up to the window I felt like I was bothering the person at the window. I overheard her talking to another coworker about how she was upset about having to take a break and how nobody ever takes breaks so she wasn’t sure why she was being sent on break. We weren’t greeted with a smile let alone greeted period just told the total and was on handed our food.

The service at this Burger King is absolutely dreadful. The lady at the window always has an attitude and is bothered to even take my order. One should not feel unwelcome when putting an order in a fast food restaurant, let alone any business. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days, but this has become a theme. Very disappointed.

Service started off well. However, as I got to window and paid, I was immediately asked to pull up…there is no car behind me, 2-3 already pulled up…. I was confused so I mentioned to the employee that I would stay at the window, to wait. Come to find out, the employee was more worried about their timing than serving the customer with a great experience. If you’re doing you job and serving the food at a decent pace, why are yall asking people to pull up riggt off the back?!…. #TooEarlyForThatMess

I love this Burger King. The staff here is among the friendliest I have encountered compared to any other BK in the Raleigh area. The food is always hot and fresh, and the drive through is speedy, while not making you feel rushed at the same time. Highly recommend when it comes to needing a quick spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes behind 2 other cars. Never had my order taken. Was at the order window for 20 minutes. Meanwhile 5 cars had pulled in and left because the line wasn’t moving. I left the drive thru and went in to employees chatting and only one customer inside. This isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible food or service at this location.

Horrible. Had a mobile order, never received my food, they said it was for breakfast but I arrived after 10:30 to pick up my food. They would not give me a refund and when I asked to speak to a manager was told there was no manager there.
