I ordered dinner for the family from here Halloween night and it was terrible. My daughters nuggets were cold like they had been sitting for hours and I ordered a bacon king which, they didn’t put a single piece of bacon on. Why charge me for bacon and don’t put any on? Lucky for them I live 15 minutes away and didn’t feel like fighting Halloween traffic again! I’d gladly return this trash.

They gave me a single but charged me for a double. Never eating here again! Check your food!!!! Hire people that can read!!!

I didn’t come here to order food for myself. I’m an Uber Eats driver who came here to pick up an order for a customer. Unfortunately, another driver had come here and stole the order. Luckily, the inside staff were great, especially Brittany and Arely. They went above and beyond helping me contact the customer to confirm they didn’t receive their order, and then, remade the order when they didn’t have to so I could get the order to the customer. As a result, you have one happy customer and one happy driver. They were extremely nice and helpful in this situation when other restaurants could care less about a delivery or the driver. This is why I rate them 5 stars and would definitely come back for my own food needs. This is what customer service is all about. Thanks! You made my night.

We got here at 8:00pm and usually when you arrive at this time to a fast food place, people aren’t too nice. But they were amazing! So kind to my girls right after a softball game and it was just awesome. The cashier/ front lady working that day was very kind and amazing vibes! My 2 year old didn’t even want to leave without blowing her kisses.

I’ve been to this location several times and anytime I come into this store the manager Brittany is always so welcoming and sweet. Tonight we had an issue with the mobile order I placed and I called to see if they could fix it and she said yes. I came in she fixed everything perfectly and was so so friendly and accommodating

This BK is located in Zebulon, NC a quiet community where you can sit on the porch in the coolness of the day and watch cars go by. This BK rates 5 Stars . Customer service was a high five, meaning they were not overloaded or rushed. Our meals were hot but very tasty. You have got to stop by when you’re in the neighborhood. One thing for sure, this site is not busy for breakfast, so you know you’ll going to get a fantastic meal and great service. There’s plenty of parking spaces and shade trees around the facility. We’ll, got to go. We parked under an Oak tree, ate our breakfast, and really enjoyed the morning breeze. See you soon, glad you stopped by…remember to be kind to those around you. I placed an early order when my driver got there the items were unavailable. With drinks I had to go through 4 drinks for availability. Customer service was polite, but I go to restaurants including fast food for preference.

This issue is moreso a corporate complaint. I don’t order out often, but have enjoyed BK since the 80s. Since corporate decided to significantly reduce the size of Whopper Jrs and other similarly-sized options to that of a slider, the sale price should match, or offer two sliders for the current cost. Dare I say, offer that size as a snack, in small meal or kids’ meal options instead. I can’t see contining to support this franchise with these types of unscrupulous, false marketing practices. At the bare minimum, change the menu picture to show a real representation of what customers will actually receive.

Food was excellent..very nice and very clean restaurant..we were waited on by members of mgt Michelle and Karen and both of these young ladies were awesome..we were greeted with smiles and great service..tried the chicken sandwich today and it was excellent..my wife had the BK fish n onion rings and she said they were great..highly recommend this place..
