We’ve came a few weeks ago and it had hair in our food, now we just went today and hair in our food! I’m on lunch break and can’t come back. We decided to give it a second try and nope same outcome and this time we got the SpongeBob meal and we spend 45$ all together just to keep getting disappointed. There needs to be hair nets. First two photos are from three week ago and the one of the bites are today! Didn’t give me a receipt when I paid! They don’t pick up their phones either. I’m highly upset because this isn’t the first time. Than I said no mayo or ketchup on my burger, and what do you know it’s loaded with ketchup! We will not be back because it’s always problem after problem!! We stopped going 6 years ago when we had hair in our food and decided to try again just to keep having the same outcome. I need corporate information since when you try to call, they don’t pick up or it says line busy!

I had one of the most frustrating drive‑thru experiences I’ve ever had at this Burger King. I gave them my name at the speaker, and when I got to the window they told me to “wait a minute.” After several minutes, they told me to pull forward and that my order would be right out. I sat there watching more than a dozen cars get their food and leave while I was still waiting.
A girl came out and handed me my drinks, so I assumed the rest of my order was coming. After even more waiting, I saw her walk toward me with a bag and another drink, (expect it was for the car behind me) . She then asked why I was still there, even though I had been waiting the whole time for my food. She went back inside and I finally got my order.
The excuse I was given was that they “thought I was inside,” even though my receipt clearly says Drive Thru and Mobile Order. There’s no reason I should’ve been skipped over repeatedly or questioned about why I was still waiting for 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable service. It said my order would be ready at 6:22 & I FINALLY got it at 6:54.

Service was friendly and fast. We got two double whopper combos with cheese. Definitely filling. The only things were the proportion of lettuce to sandwich was a little extreme on both sandwiches. My bun top fell apart, but friends bun was okay. No matter how hungry I feel, I think I’ll stick to a regular whopper on my next visit.

I work for doordash. I stood there for 20 minutes having to listen to a lady tell her whole lifes story while the customers food sat on the shelf getting cold. Watched them complete 6 other orders, plus another doordash order that got placed after mine, and thats not including the drive-thru orders. People were dropping fries and swearing at one another about miscommunication. When she finally started on my dash order she didnt even look at the bag to put the stickers on to seal the bag, the bag wide open and stickers messily hanging off. Left a bad taste in my mouth about this store moving forward.

Got my order wrong at this Burger King several times and had to work hard to get their attention after they gave me my food at the drive thru window…seems to be mostly younger people are working here and they look bored and just like they don’t really care. Didn’t apologize for getting my order wrong either which I find very very rude. Food always tastes good though and enough toppings on the sandwiches which is nice. They don’t short you on your onion rings or fries either and that’s great.

Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order, however the past two times its been pretty bad, with me and my relatives ordering plain whoppers, only to be met with burgers that had every topping and condiment possible, I can understand a one time messup, but twice in a row along with plenty of other issues makes it impossible to enjoy. Do not come here unless you want to waste money, place should be shut down.

I ordered a bacon whopper and got a bacon double cheeseburger with what seemed like BBQ sauce on it. I had a bad experience here a few months ago when I bit down on a bone that was in my burger and didn’t want to come back. I didn’t write a review then. I finally give you another chance just to not get what I ordered. I paid $10 for a whopper and got a $3 cheeseburger. This is sad. And it’s the location in Smithfield, NC.

The food was stale and seemed like it was old and not made fresh, food was also cold and seemed over priced. Would not go back to this location again. I would rather drive the additional 20 minutes to Goldsboro than go here again.

The manager was rude I asked to have my drink changed to just ice and she told an employee to keep the other cup someone might need it. That’s very unsanitary for any kind of restaurant. In order two whoppers ( cold at that). No condiments ( had to ask for that)
