Middle of traveling this was a family food stop. No one acknowledge us for like 3 minutes. we just stood at the counter, all these people working the drive thru, looking at us talking to each other and no one came over for 3 mins. we got our order in decent time but the food was so burned, it was inedible. Its not like we getting free food, we should at least get something that is actually edible.

Stopped here on break 2/14/26 , I have to say never judge a book by it’s cover because when we pulled in the parking lot, the area was very active. BK wasn’t busy and there were workers out front taking a smoke break. No offense but it looked a little hood and I didn’t feel like dealing with poor service and attitudes. I have to be honest the service was better than I expected. , food was fresh and correctly made. Thanks a lot BK team. Those smoke breaks were well-deserved

There are several options at this intersection. While this Burger King isn’t the worst choice of the offerings it wouldn’t make the top 3.
Lunch service is slow.
Of the last 3 visits to the drive through I have been “parked” to wait on my meal twice.
My last stop through last Thursday I wanted some mozzarella fries and I had to park and c wait then the mozzarella fries had been over cooked and all the cheese had melted out of the breading.
I have been to worse.
I have been to better.
I will likely visit again- I am a sucker for the mozzarella fries.

HORRIBLE. I don’t think I’ve ever went there and gotten the right order! Bad service they talk to each other and don’t take my order for a few minutes. DO BETTER.

This was one of the most outlandish places I have ever eaten out. Customer service was down right horrible. Customer service was rude. Talked really loud to the point you couldn’t think. And my family was the only family or persons in the building at the time. Customer service really loved their cellphones. On them the whole time we were in there. Nice to know Burger King pays their employees to be on the phone at work. (Maybe its time for a career switch.) So when we walked in the building employees walked out the women’s bathroom laughing. Well my wife went to use the restroom before we left and couldn’t. She had to use the men’s restroom. Tables were filthy, soda area nothing but sticky from spilled sodas. But you know (phone was more important and carrying on then doing your job) Burger King management better figure something out with this location. As McDonald’s was wrapped around the drive thru and inside was busy. FYI I would go to McDonald’s or another fast food chain in this are. There are a couple. This place was like eating at truck stop.

HOT MESS!!! Pulled into drive thur at 10:23 to order breakfast. 2 cars ahead of my got pulled over to wait for food. Had me pull up to wait for nine and next 3 cars pulled as well. That’s 6 cars all waiting for food. I understand breakfast is ending at 10:30 for most places but I watched 30 cars pull through the McDonald’s across the street with no issues. There were 3 people on the front side of the counter but not sure how many food prep people there were but waiting 12 minutes for food is ridiculous. Supposed to be fast food.

This is the friendliest place in the whole town… When Gwen is there. They are fast and never get my order wrong. Really. I know Burger King is famous for that, bit this place just seems more on it.

This is the worst place ever. I should have known since there was not one person in sight. I gave this place the benefit of a doubt and ordered 2 sausage croissants and received 2 burnt sausages in its place. And the flies….

I stopped in here to grab some lunch on my way back to Chesapeake, VA from Charlotte, NC.
This BK looks like it’s brand new from the outside, except for the parking lot. That needs some work filling pot holes, repaving and new parking lines painted.
However I digress. I walked inside and was able to order right way. The time was about 2pm so the lunch rush had passed. While waiting I noticed there were maybe 3 or 4 customers spread out throughout the dining room.
No problem finding a seat. I found the establishment to be newish, clean and very modern. Tables were clean, etc. My service was fast, and the staff was decent. My Whopper wasn’t the prettiest I’ve ever seen, however the cooking and taste were exactly what they’re supposed to be. The fries were also excellent and filled the container to the brim.
Based off the other reviews here I got lucky or other people that were satisfied with their visit haven’t reviewed the place. I dunno. But there were no complaints from me this day.
