The service was great. The employees were friendly and patient and well mannered. Speed was great didn’t wait long at all. The food was amazing.

Always takes forever and too often something is wrong. Sometimes they are not rude but that’s if you’re lucky. You are waiting for everything, every step, no matter if you’re the only one there! Willing to drive across town if possible to avoid.

This was the one on Ruin Creek Rd in Henderson NC. On a recent visit one of the employees was there, (not working) but sitting on the front counter eating a burger. Yes the counter where customers order/pay & most important…..pick up their food!! She was sitting comfortably as if she’d been there a while, smacking on her food!!! The saddest part was the manager on duty was standing right there where she saw her sitting there!! The 3 on clock employees, including the manager(oh & the comfortably sitting off duty employee) are always there as if its just a hang out for friends. Lord forbid if a customer needs something or gas a question….that’s when the attitude kicks into HIGH gear!! Also other, supposed to be managers, seem to run it as a friend’s hang out as well. We, my son & I, not only see this(along with other issues) as customers, we doordash as well. Therefore we see quite a bit!! I, myself, ordered food yesterday and received ICE COLD fries!! There was NO excuse for that!! I took them back to drive thru window and had to get a new batch!! Unacceptable!!! If they’d stop acting as if someone is interrupting their get together….maybe they wouldn’t send out cold fries!! Id welcome someone from corporate to contact me for a complete run down on this location!!
This store needs additional training on how employees should do their jobs & treat customers!! Especially the management team…..they need a complete overhaul!!

Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before having my order taken then when I go to pay the employee walks away before the transaction was completed and I waited another 5 minutes to pay for my food. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. Never have I had to wait over a half hour to 45 minutes from time of walking in to getting my food anywhere fast food. Service was rude and just complacent about making sure orderes were completed timely and correctly. I had only ordered 2 chicken biscuits a medium iced vanilla coffee and a large drink.

Went tonight through the drive-thru. I was the only car in the line. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker before ordering, and when I finally got to the window I was asked to pull forward only to wait another 10 minutes. When the lady finally brought out my food she was rude, acting like she was the one waiting 20 minutes for some fast food when you’re literally the only customer there. Get home just to have zero cheese in my mozzarella sticks. Which double sucked because I wanted tater Tots off the menu but was told they don’t make them.

Worst Burger king ever!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve eaten here twice and both times I’ve gotten food poisoning Won’t do that again. I go there today for two large ice waters extra ice (because the only thing i will trust this place with is a cup of water), and they can’t even get that right. Then they get an attitude with you when you ask for the correct order. They are unprofessional and half of them in there couldn’t care less what they pass through the window.

Do you see I ordered the melt? You see the top of my sandwich. Mt nephew ordered a chicken wrap and got half a piece of chicken in a whole jar full of mayonnaise Half a tomato. Glad I don’t live here

Fast and efficient with great customer service. My sugar was low and although they were serving breakfast, they took the time to make me a cheeseburger with fries and iced tea. Brought my levels right up. Thank you!

Sometimes slower is better. Asked for no mayonnaise or onions. Somehow that turned into extra ketchup. Too much to scrap off so it went uneaten. Rhe tea was as if sugar hadn’t been invented yet. Just a bad experience today. But they was courteous.
