The parking lot may have been empty but our food was made fresh. We had the whopper sandwiches and the double whopper sandwiches and fries. The fries were made fresh after we ordered them. They had them to our table in a matter of a few minutes. They weren’t too salty. The whopper’s were hot and fresh. Hot as in just taken off the grill and served to us within a few minutes. We had 1 Oreo shake which was made and served to us right away. The sweet tea was perfect, not to sweet, but sweet. The eating area was clean and quiet. The lady who took our order was beyond amazing! She was very patient because we had a big order. On top of that she was very helpful with my daughter when getting her order, whose anxiety was high at the moment. The staff were on top of the orders and didn’t hesitate starting anyone’s order. They were running smoothly and nobody standing around waiting to be told what to do. The drive thru was running smoothly and had customers go through fast. My biggest kudo’s is they did not ignore the dine in customers! The only reason I have the atmosphere is a 3 because it was hot in the dining area. But it is that wonderful NC time of year where the weather can’t decide what it’s doing. I’d definitely stop and eat here again.

Burger King on Ruin Creek Rd in Henderson NC…..employees are so so rude to customers. They’re more interested in their gossip & their friends hanging out. Also one employee, off the clock, was sitting on the counter where food is handed out to customers, munching on a burger etc. You read that correctly…..BUTT ON THE COUNTER !!! How disgusting!!

Stopped by on our way to DC. The drive-through was packed, but the inside was empty. I found it super cute! Staff was friendly and quick. The facility was clean.

Not exactly sure what happened, pulled to drive thru, lady asked to take my order, then just vanished. Figured the mic was broken so I pulled around to the window and no one was inside. Feels like she must have run and hid or something after asking for my order.

After working at BK for several years I have remained faithful to eating at BKs when home or traveling. Today was a horrific experience with one named Dasha(not sure of spelling). When asking for the manager I was told she was the manager, but had no tag in. I left trembling. I was so angry I was trembling. She told me I was wrong, she called me baby, she gave me nasty looks. Such an arrogance I’ve never seen displayed towards a customer. I did not respond to any of this well I must say. So I was not at my best. I’m embarrassed about the whole thing. But are your employees actually allowed to deal with customers just any ole way?
