Went thru drive thru Sunday July 16 2023 The lady working drive thru was rude hateful disrespectful jerk bag of food outta my wife’s hand when I asked for ketchup!! Told her she didn’t have to be rude then she decides she is going to hollar racist remarks!! You need to remove her from your establishment she is a total embarrassment to Burger King unless you’re going to change the name to Burger King and GHETTO Queens!! Really an embarrassment!!!

Ordered chocolate milk shake at drive thru…couldn’t understand employee taking order. Pulled around. Paid and got milk shake…had not been completely mixed, syrup still in bottom and on sides of plastic see thru cup.

Sometimes slower is better. Asked for no mayonnaise or onions. Somehow that turned into extra ketchup. Too much to scrap off so it went uneaten. Rhe tea was as if sugar hadn’t been invented yet. Just a bad experience today. But they was courteous.

Who ever is supposed to be the lady that’s the manager is rude and tried to have an attitude with me about my sandwich having cheese on it when both me and my wife looked and saw the cheese on the sandwich her tone was very nasty then she threw the sandwich away and picked up the side that didn’t have cheese on it acting like there was nothing on the sandwich and when giving a new sandwich it was cold smh really not good customer service or food service I’ve been working in restaurants all my life so I kno a Great few things smh
