I called the store trying to get the district managers phone number or even a higher up phone to make a complaint about the overtly rude manager and experience I had with him this morning.
When the man answered I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked if I could get the phone number to either the DM or someone who I could call and make a complaint to. I Was met with an unnecessary hostile attitude. I was told that I would not be given that information because I had to go through him with my complaint first. I asked for his name and was hung up on. Tried calling back a few times(even from a different phone number) only to get a fast beeping noise.
Now for the events that lead up to this. We came through this morning with the purpose of ordering food for 6 people. We were in an RV so we couldn’t fit in the drive through. As I got to the door I was told by the manager he wasn’t doing walk in and and I had to go through drive through. I showed him I was in an RV and wouldn’t fit. That I just wanted to order 6 breakfast combos for everyone and asked if I could park near the drive through window and walk up since I wouldn’t fit. He said “No. I’m not doing walk ups. So I don’t know what to tell you to do lady.” Then went back inside and locked the door. When the driver pulled to the side to ask if he would help her he yelled out of the window “I already said I’m doing walk ups either” and shut the window on her.
Definitely not happy and will be calling the 866 number and the 305 number until I get a human.

I went inside a minute after placing the order. The lobby area was clean. There was one person sitting at a table. I told a staff that I had placed a mobile order and they confirmed it. They had already made the drink but they gave me a cup so I could get something else, which was a zero sugar peach lemonade. My food wasn’t ready yet, so I browsed. There was trash on the floor in the stall. Their sanitation rating is 98.5, which is good. However, cups are blocking it.
I saw my order on their screen and mine was up there the longest. At the time of my looking, it had been 11 minutes and 30 seconds. being the
Someone who came in after me, placed their order, and paid got food before me… which is odd. My food wasn’t ready until 2:32pm, which was 13 minutes after I placed the order. That’s ridiculous for a simple meal. This was supposed to be a quick stop.
My nuggets and fries were hot and I could tell they were fresh. I enjoyed eating them with the BBQ Sauce. I didn’t eat my burger until much later but it was good and made correctly.
