If I could give zero stars I would. This place is always dirty inside, they always packed because the workers don’t know how to work. They always looking like they lost and don’t know what to do. Don’t go here thinking you getting fast food better be ready to wait at least 30 minutes for your food outrageous right. I will be reaching out to corporate because they need to send someone down here to get this store in line. It’s crazy because they will have some of your food ready then waiting on the other part so by the time they get done the other food cold smh. They need a manager who will actually manage. Do better Burger King even put pickles on a fish sandwich like wth

I order delivery from here, they canceled the fist order and remade it due to an issue, which waiting is fine but when I receive the order the onion rings that I paid more for was just fries and the ultimate steakhouse whopper jr was missing the items that even make it the burger I paid for, the other two burgers that were ordered were also missing items too, I can get over not having a straw but missing this many items in an order I paid good money for is ridiculous, is the night shift really this bad that it takes two hours for this

Incredibly slow. Took them 20 minutes to bring out my food and when they finally did it was someone else’s food. When they eventually brought me what I paid for, it was missing items so I had to wait and additional 5 minutes for that too. Don’t make a mistake by coming to this location.

Well I hate to give a bad review for one of the best burgers for take out/drive thru . But the Burger King in Madison N.C.
really was off Sunday evening . I ordered Whopper combo , just another whopper sandwich and a double cheese burger . I had waited about 20 min from time I gave my order till finally getting my food . Oh when I get to windows the guy tells me ,”We’re out of regular coke , Sprite , mellow yellow . They only had the versions I mentioned in either zero , or diet . I went with sweet tea . So after finally getting my order I left Burger King and headed home . On the way I put my straw in the drink and it sure wasn’t tea . It was a weak version of coke zero . Man that burned my beans but , I was 7 miles up the road already so I kept going till I got home . I opened the bag and I didn’t get my fries that’s supposed to come with the combo . And the whopper didn’t taste as good as I was expecting . It tasted sorta like it had been sitting for a while . I don’t think I will return to that one in Madison . And don’t go there on a Sunday evening . The guy at the window said they usually run out of the regular sodas , especially coke . On Sunday evening and the truck will come Monday . I don’t care about Monday, all I want was a regular drink in one variety or another . And If I switch to sweet tea don’t try and pull a trick on me by giving me diet or zero coke , sprite or mellow yellow .

Today we had lunch at this restaurant and it was exquisite. The staff treated us wonderfully and the atmosphere was peaceful. The restaurant was very clean. Without a doubt, Burger King has some of the best burgers.

worst experience of my 18 year of being on this planet. took 30 min to even be spoken to (drive through) once my order was being taken the guy went AFK mid order and when he came back he said “well i thought you were done” after that we get to the window and 3 women are standing on their phones not doing anything. terrible service everyone needs to be fired might as well tear down the building.

At this Burger King right now and its terrible the Cashiers are playing & cussing in the drive thru speaker they are taking orders every 10-15 min making people just sit and wait to even give their order. As much as I like Burger King this one just pissed me off. I don’t think I will come to this one after 5 again though. Couldn’t give any stars for food because We didn’t get to order anything!!

Food was pretty good had to pull forward and wait for it though and had to run back in for a straw so 3 on the service 4 on the food and it’s greensboro so the atmosphere felt like home
