I don’t know what is going on in this store, but it’s awful. As a former restaurant manager of 30+years, these problems are managements fault. Looked to be fully staffed, yet it took forever to get our order. As you can see in the photo, every order was in the red. That’s bad. At least a dozen people waiting for their food. Drive thru customers had to come in to get their orders. Do NOT recommend. They need to make some serious changes, with both employees and especially management!

How are there 5 people behind the counter and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. Hardly any drinks available. No ice for the drink machine. Drinks are warm and without fizz, so they’re also out of CO2 and it’s obvious that no one here cares in the least. What an absolute disappointment of a store.

This has been my favorite Burger King since I was little and today definitely didn’t disappoint . I don’t go as much as I’d like but I love it. Food was perfect. Staff was perfect. Service was fast. Keep up the great work.

Went in early this morning. There was no wait but the food was old and cold. I asked for ketchup and was given several packs stuck together with a sticky substance. There is no way in the he’ll her hands didn’t touch it. She doesn’t give a damn. #NASTY

This location never fails to get my order either incorrect or it’s burnt or sloppy Made Not to mention, the staff and employees are rude as can be. Also, I have not been receiving my points like it states in the app and on the receipt each time I make a purchase. I got an egg and cheese biscuit this morning sausage biscuit the two for three what it in line for 20 minutes for the woman to come to the window. Ask me what I had and I had said the two for three and she goes “ Well, obviously, which two did you get?” Very rude very unprofessional is very unclean and sloppy made. No wonder the rating is what it is. I will not be returning to this location again.

I wish I didn’t like the food as much because the service is so poor. This location in particular is just ridiculous with making you wait or having employees hanging out at the drive thru blocking customers with their two cars while their friends ask you to “Go Around!” Just so they can socialize. Maybe if they were not blocking me and having someone else behind me. Just beyond ghetto situation. Also if you want to talk just maybe go inside and not block other customers. Guess I just have to stop eating here…smh!

Workers who don’t want to work, floors sticky. Food either overcooked or left under a heat lamp too long. Not appetizing at all. Got a refund given to us begrudgingly, and left.

My fiancé got food poisoning. Poor service i waited at least 20 minutes for my food. Not to mention I started my waiting in the drive thru line and then I had to go inside. But then the manager was rude and shoved us off like it wasn’t her problem that he had food poisoning. Should take more accountability and make sure you keep your stations clean and wear gloves.
