The onion rings wasn’t cooked all the way. Was very soft. Ordered a whopper. Took one bite and the whole bun crumbled. Called and spoke with manager and although he was very courteous. Didn’t want to admit the bread was old. Giving me the expiration date. Bread doesn’t have a expiration date. It has a date that tells you it’s freshest when used by that date. Although he did say he would give me a refund. I will not be returning for the refund or to get food at this location ever again. My first impression is my last. So no thanks

If there was option to do no stars that would be my choice. Ordered a double bacon whopper with fries. The bacon was definitely not cooked all the way and neither were the fries. I will not be returning here. Complete trash

Almost all fountain drinks were out, no lids or straws by machine, machine was nasty, floor was nasty man taking order was not friendly. Microwaved the burgers and employee hygiene was lacking. Employee walked straight in from outside and started working never washed her hands. I will not be back and suggest others avoid this burger king as well.

Trash food. Trash service. This place has never been that great for years, but lately it’s just worse and worse. The chicken fries are almost always extremely old tasting, hard, and when not old, barely cooked at all. Soft and mushy.
The burgers, rarely correct as ordered, and fairly poor quality.
The attitudes of the employees are abysmal. Nothing but frowns, barely any communication. Mainly shoving their hands out for a debit card and grunting.
Save your money.

This location is BY FAR the BEST Burger King I have experienced yet! I live in Lexington and we have multiple locations but I very rarely go because of past experiences…but THIS Burger King has me going at least once a a week on my way home from my Dr’s appointments in High Point! The employees have been great, the food has been fresh and delicious…and they have revived my interest in eating Burger King again! To all of the staff…THANK YOU!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in stood there at least 10 minutes while five employees including what looked like the manager walked around having a conversation amongst themselves. No one greeted us or asked to take our order. There was one car in the drive thru and one other customer in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous! Can’t ask for too much for fast food but this is just unacceptable. Heading to food lion, I’ll cook my own food!
