I got FLAT BEC Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissan’wich Meals without Egg or Cheese. Idk why they think stepping on a sandwich will make it look appealing or taste better. Honestly feel like this was purposefully done and will not be ordering from this place again.

I’d give a zero if it was an option. I ordered $80 worth of food. I got absolutely no condiments. I called and the worker who answered the phone (after calling 2 times) was very nice and acknowledged that I had placed the order. When the manager got on the phone she was already aware of the situation. The manager instructed me too call the delivery service and dispute the order and I’ll get my money back. I said”Ma’am, the delivery service is not responsible for you not preparring my order, you are”. She still persistently instructed me to blame the delivery service because there’s no way we can get this to you at this time of night. I am very disappointed in the actions of your manager. She should have taken ownership of the mistakes, but in turn decided to blame the service I had pick up my order. She also said to me that I could come and get my condiments. I said” If I wanted to come out I wouldn’t have paid someone to get it for me”. She was very unprofessional and definitely needs more training on how to talk to a customer. I am a Specialist in a food manufacturing facility and this kind of behavior is not acceptable. I trust the right consequences will be carried out on this situation.

Tyreke, sorry about spelling his name, is top notch. Not afraid to jump in and help his crew. Team work makes the dream work. He’s been there for a while, needs to be promoted. Keep up the great work. And the Whopper will always be the best burger in the fast food industry.

Had to come leave a review after my visit tonight. It has been awhile since I hit up this BK. Needed a giant burger late and they did not disappoint. The food was great, made correctly and the service was quick. BUT it was the gentleman who took my order and was at the window that brought me here. As someone who used to work in fast food, I ALWAYS appreciate awesome service. Kudos to this gentleman for providing absolutely outstanding service especially with it being so late.

It’s easy to see why others love this location. The people are always so nice and the food is great. Even when the fryers went down they handled everything wonderfully(I always forget to eat my fries anyways!) So you guys rock, keep it up.

Best Burger King I’ve been to. Literally good enough I felt obligated to compliment the manager. Fast, clean and food was good and hot. I forget the manager’s name but we ate there at 1:00PM Aug 22, 2025.

We usually love this BK. Honestly, it’s the only one that is worth going to anymore. Today, we had 2 different people come to the window to ask what order we had. We waited 20 minutes because they said the chicken needed to cook for the chicken sandwich. When we finally got our food, the chicken for the sandwich was cold and my burger was incorrect. We hope this place gets back to what it was.

I’ve been to many burger kings but this was by far the best customer service experience I have seen at a BK. I think the lady name was Miss Sue and she was wonderful she had the whole atmosphere in this restaurant glowing like no other the way she treated all the customers and had the staff smiling and following her lead was amazing usually chic fil a has the best service when it comes to fast food but this burger King restaurant felt like your money was truly appreciated the lady Miss sue maybe was the manager if not they definitely need to make her the manager or GM she was so polite friendly and had the best customer service the team members looked happy to work with her and when you see that it shows they are putting love in making your food I thought I was missing cheese on my whopper took it back inside Miss sue and staff looked realized I was wrong it had cheese on it but still added more just to make sure I was satisfied the energy in that restaurant feels like you at your family house my only complaint is i had to get my food to go for work I wish I had time to sit and dine in to continue to enjoy the experience great job BK team thank you Miss sue for making my experience memorable
