So they advertise 1 price on the menu for a combo with a small fry and drink then ring you up for a med without saying anything about it when you order. The definition of deceptive practice and then had no ice in my drink. Waste of getting a combo.

I think they have one person working today. We have been sitting in the line about 20 minutes, just to get to the window to order. The way this place is designed, we could not get out of the drive thru because 2 cars were behind us. The menu screen is broken and you cannot see what combos to get. We haven’t been back here in a long time, now I see why.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time, waited 10 minutes to order with no one in front of me in line. Then another 20 minutes to get my food. Tables were almost all dirty. At least the food was decent.

I placed order at 2:14 for crispy chicken sandwich. I received my order at 2:40.
I told my friend who was in hospital, who was wanting sandwich. Good thing it was for her. I believe I will never go to there again. Probably still be there if it wasn’t for the man working French fry section. Jacob came over and asked me if I was waiting. Very nice young man and he got my food. I wasn’t the only person disappointed.

The 2-stars is for bad food but stellar service.

I ordered a fish sandwich & chicken nuggets and went I arrived home, I saw that the food was nearly black. Having worked at a BK before, I knew the coloring had to do with old oil, and that’s why I’m writing this review. BK likely has an oil changing chart that the staff has simply ignored. Ignoring the protocol to regularly change oil and throughly clean the fryers makes me wonder how well they are sanitizing the place.

That said, the manager was super friendly, admitted that she knew the oil needed changing and said they were going to do it later today. She offered to replace the food, but in a pandemic, who is taking the time to go to a drive-thru more than very very very very very rarely.

Great service, big help with suggestions about trying the impossible Whopper!! So my friend and I did the taste test. Shoot out to T-Mobile Tuesday!! We took the free Whopper they have us and she got a regular one and I got the impossible. Well, I will say, the commercials were incorrect. There is a taste difference and a slight difference in the smell. Honestly, though the employees were wonderful with their honest description which ultimately helped us decide to try it, so thank you! We did like it very much!!! Will definitely recommend to others!!!

Surprised this location has been open for this long. The manager is actually very nice but she must be forced to hire from a horrible pool of applicants. The time before this visit, I thought I would get permanently stuck to the floor at the drink fountain, totally nasty.

Thoroughly disappointed at this BK location. The food, once we finally got it, tasted good but the service was poor despite them being not busy. The worst part was the manager’s attitude. I told the cashier I wanted the $5 meal deal as posted on the outside window that included the Jr burger, nuggets, fries, and drink. I noticed on the receipt that it was only rung up as the burger. I explained this to the cashier who had no clue what deal I was talking about. I took a picture and showed it to her on my phone. Simple mistake, right? The manager’s attitude when trying to fix the order was very rude. He got all mad (even though I calmly and nicely explained the mishap) and started yelling at his employees to lock the doors right away so no other customers would come in and to close the drive thru at only 8:30. About 10 minutes later, while still waiting for our food, we were told they only had nuggets and not the chicken fries my daughter wanted. Same thing with the frozen drinks – we were told they ony had 1 flavor (which we got) and when my mom ordered after us, she was told they only had a different flavor. Here is a picture of the “blueberry” frozen drink my mother was given. I’m not sure if the syrup was low or what but every blueberry type drink I’ve ever gotten was blue. The cashier had no idea what color the frozen drink was actually supposed to look like and shrugged it off. To me, it looks like frozen mold. I can’t comment on the taste because my poor mom was too scared to drink it. We just counted our loss on the frozen drink she’d paid for and I still only got part of the meal I ordered. Will never come back to this restaurant.

Ordered my food from off of Uber eats and selected no onions and for them to still put onions on my burger IS CRAZY IT GIVE CARELESS DONT CARE CAUSE IT’S UBER EATS I AM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS TK THE POINT WHEN I SMELLED THE BAG I HAD TO RUN OUT THE ROOM !!!!! I pAID for MY food to be delivered to ME correctly never again!!!!!!! Y’all playing with my life hell NO
